An organic light-emitting display apparatus including: a substrate; a display unit having a plurality of organic light-emitting devices on the substrate; an encapsulating layer sealing up the display unit; and a protective layer between the display unit and the encapsulating layer, wherein each of the plurality of organic light-emitting devices includes: a pixel electrode; an intermediate layer on the pixel electrode, the intermediate layer including an organic emission layer; and an opposite electrode on the intermediate layer, and the protective layer includes: a capping layer covering the opposite electrode; and a blocking layer on the capping layer.

A touch screen panel provided in an image display device. The touch screen panel includes: a transparent substrate; a plurality of first sensing patterns on the transparent substrate and coupled to each other along a first direction; a first insulating film on the first sensing patterns; a plurality of second sensing patterns on the first insulating film and coupled to each other along a second direction, the first and second sensing patterns being alternately arranged not to overlap with each other; and a second insulating film on the second sensing patterns, wherein the first insulating film and the second insulating film are composed of materials having different optical refractive indexes.

A flexible display device manufacturing method includes preparing a substrate assembly in which a flexible substrate is formed on a carrier substrate; piling up a plurality of the prepared substrate assemblies in a heating furnace in multi-stages; performing heat treatment by providing hot blast onto each of the piled substrate assemblies in a horizontal direction; forming a display unit on the flexible substrate of the heat-treated substrate assembly; and separating the flexible substrate and the carrier substrate from each other. According to the above-described manufacturing method, since warpage of a flexible substrate after a carrier substrate and the flexible substrate are separated from each other may be suppressed, a subsequent process may be appropriately performed, productivity may be improved, and damage of products caused while the flexible substrate is handled may be reduced.

A touch screen panel for an image display device and a method of fabricating the same. The touch screen panel includes first and second substrates facing each other, the first and second substrates being joined together by a sealant; a plurality of first sensing patterns coupled to one another along a first direction on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; a plurality of second sensing patterns coupled to one another along a second direction on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate; a plurality of first dummy patterns between the first sensing patterns corresponding to the second sensing patterns; a plurality of second dummy patterns between the second sensing patterns corresponding to the first sensing patterns; and an insulating layer between the first and second substrates.

Touch screen panel and method of fabricating the same

A touch screen panel for an image display device or the like. The touch screen panel includes a transparent substrate; a plurality of first sensing patterns on the transparent substrate; an insulating layer on the first sensing patterns; a plurality of second sensing patterns on the insulating layer; and a plurality of metal patterns on the insulating layer and coupled to the first and second sensing patterns at edge portions of a region in which the first and second sensing patterns are formed. The metal patterns electrically couple the first and second sensing patterns to position detecting lines on the transparent substrate. The touch screen panel further includes first conductive patterns below the metal patterns positioned on edge portions of the insulating layer.
