A display device includes a display panel; a first digitizer layer disposed on the display panel; a second digitizer layer disposed on the display panel and separated from the first digitizer layer; a first plate member disposed on the first digitizer layer; and a second plate member disposed on the second digitizer layer, wherein each of the first plate member and the second plate member includes a plurality of plate portions and one or more hinge portions configured to rotatably connect the plurality of plate portions to each other.

Foldable display device

A display device including: a sensor device; a display module to display an image and having a first through-hole in which the sensor device is positioned; and a bottom panel cover on one surface of the display module and having a second through-hole in which the sensor device is positioned. The first through-hole has breadth that increases from the one surface of the display module toward another surface of the display module opposite to the one surface of the display module.

A lamination apparatus for laminating a flexible member and an adhesive layer of a flexible display device includes a compressor including a first surface with a first curvature radius, a push rod connected to the compressor, the push rod having a circumferential surface with a smaller second curvature radius than the first curvature radius of the compressor; and an actuator connected to the push rod, actuator moving the push rod to apply a force for lamination.

Disclosed herein is a power semiconductor device including: a base substrate having one surface and the other surface and formed of a first conductive type drift layer; a first conductive type diffusion layer formed on one surface of the base substrate and having a concentration higher than that of the first conductive type drift layer; and a trench formed so as to penetrate through the second conductive type well layer and the first conductive type diffusion layer from one surface of the base substrate including the second conductive type well layer in a thickness direction.
