A seat for vehicles has an assembly structure configured such that a cushion assembly may be mounted on and separated from a seat base through a locking device, and thus allows a cover member configured to cover the cushion assembly to be easily replaced so as to prevent contamination of the cushion assembly and the seat base and damage thereto, such as rust generation, due to contaminants on the cover member.

A seat ventilation device for vehicles which is configured to perform both an air cleaning function and a seat ventilation function, and is operated to perform one selected function. Proposed are a vehicle seat monopost assembly and a vehicle seat mounted thereon. In one aspect, a drive part includes a housing mounted on a lower frame connected to a vehicle body and a first engagement part configured to be rotated by a drive source. A second engagement part suitably may include a thread configured to be engaged with the first engagement part and a cylindrical body configured to be fixed to a vehicle seat frame. A connecting sleeve part is seated on the drive part and has an inner space into which the lead screw part is fitted. The connecting sleeve part is configured to restrict a rotation in response to an operation of a rotation restricting member.

Disclosed is a cushion tip-up type seat for a vehicle. The cushion tip-up type seat for a vehicle is configured to perform a tip-up function of a cushion part, and to move a seat leftward and rightward to adjust an interval between left and right seats, whereby left and right spacing between occupants seated in the seats is sufficiently secured and the convenience of the occupants is improved.

A polyurethane filter foam is provided herein. The polyurethane filter foam may have improved permeability by having both a small cell and a large cell in a range for maximizing the opening property of the foam. In some instance, this is achieved by specifically configuring and foaming a composition of polyether polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) to manufacture the polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam of the present invention can be manufactured without performing a reticulation process.

A seat cushion extension apparatus includes an extension motor supported on a cushion frame, an extension mounting bracket holding an extension cushion such that the extension cushion is displaceable forward and backward on a seat cushion, and a power transmission unit connecting between the extension motor and the extension mounting bracket. The power transmission unit receives power from the extension motor and moves the extension mounting bracket forward and backward. A slide device is coupled with the extension mounting bracket, and supports the extension mounting bracket such that the extension mounting bracket is slidable forward and backward in the cushion frame. The front-back length of the seat cushion can be freely extended, and limitations in the thickness of a cushion pad or the like are removed.

A rear-seat armrest locking apparatus includes a release lever installed in an armrest to generate a pulling force, a link guide connected with the release lever through a release cable to provide a pulling force, and installed inside the armrest to move up and down, a link connected with the link guide to turn an up-and-down linear movement to a lateral movement, a locking pin connected with the link to laterally move by means of the pulling force transferred from the link, and being released from a locking hole of a side fixing plate, and a spring installed on the locking pin to return the locking pin to an original position of the locking pin and insert the locking pin into the locking hole. The rear-seat armrest locking apparatus prevents the armrest from being unfolded forward in a forward collision, thereby preventing an accident.
