A workholder includes a connecting member, a polishing member mounted on the connecting member, an elastic member sleeved on the connecting member, and a fixing assembly for movably receiving the connecting member. An end of the elastic member resists the polishing member, and the other end of the elastic member resists the fixing assembly, such that the connecting member is moveable to adjust a position of the polishing member when polishing.

Workholder

A clamp mechanism for a workpiece having an oblique surface is provided. The clamp mechanism includes a base, a fixing member, and a locking assembly. The base includes a main body, a pivot shaft, and two holding portions on the main body which are away from the pivot shaft, and each holding portion defines a curved sliding slit extending around the pivot shaft. The locking assembly includes a locking member and an engaging member engaging with the locking member. The locking member passes through and slides along the sliding slits of the holding portions of the base. One end of the fixing member is rotatably connected to the base, and the locking member passes through the other end of the fixing member.

Clamping mechanism

A robot arm assembly includes a first link, a second link, and a joint rotatably connecting the first link and the second link. The joint includes an actuator mounted on the first link, a harmonic drive including a wave generator, a flex spline fitting over the wave generator, and a circular spline engaging the flex spline, and a belt drive between the actuator and the harmonic drive. The flex spline is fixed to the first link, the circular spline is fixed to the second link, and the belt drive transmits the rotational movement from the actuator to the wave generator.

A mechanism to act as a buffer, the mechanism includes a base seat defining a chamber and a bottom hole communicating with the chamber; a connecting shaft received in the chamber and extending through the bottom hole, the connecting shaft including a blocking portion for preventing detachment from the base seat, the connecting shaft axially defining a receiving hole and a plurality of mounting holes communicating with the receiving hole; a guiding rod fixed to the base seat, one end of the guiding rod extending out of the base seat and an inserting portion at the other end, the inserting portion including an abutting surface tapered toward the distal end; a buffer sleeved on the connecting shaft; a plurality of rolling bodies in the mounting holes and providing resistance between the abutting surface and the buffer; and a resilient member between the guiding rod and the blocking portion.

Buffer mechanism

A positioning device for a cylindrical component includes a main body defining a cylindrical channel; at least two positioning assemblies are rotatably fixed to an end of the main body; and a push rod movably fixed in the cylindrical channel of the main body to rotate the at least two positioning assemblies outwards to position the cylindrical channel of the cylindrical component.
