Provided is a recombinant yeast expressing germacrene A synthetase or a fusion protein thereof, wherein the fusion protein is germacrene A synthetase and farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase. The recombinant yeast improves the yield of germacrene A, and is suitable for the industrialized production of β-elemene and/or germacrene A.

Recombinant yeast and use thereof

Provided is a recombinant yeast expressing germacrene A synthetase or a fusion protein thereof, wherein the fusion protein is germacrene A synthetase and farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase. The recombinant yeast improves the yield of germacrene A, and is suitable for the industrialized production of &#x3b2;-elemene and/or germacrene A.

Disclosed is a targeted delivery system for a hydrophobic antitumor drug, referring to conjugates of E-selectin polypeptide ligand-polyethylene glycol-antitumor drug connected by different link bridges containing disulfide bonds. The synthesis of the conjugates, antitumor activity evaluation, the particle size and morphology characteristics of nanoparticles self-assembled by the conjugates in an aqueous solution, and the release of the antitumor drug in different conditions are comprised. The conjugates can actively target at vessels of a tumor site by the E-selectin peptide ligand, and can also self-assemble into nanoparticles in an aqueous solution, so as to be passively targeted at the tumor site by EPR effect. The results show that the conjugates have significant antitumor activity but are less toxic to normal cells, can inhibit the adhesion between tumor cells and vascular endothelial cells, have the potential of anti-tumor metastasis, and have a broad prospect in development and application of antitumor drugs.

The present invention relates to a nano-metal particles and a preparation process thereof. Specifically, the nano-metal particles are prepared by a process comprising the steps of: a) providing a solution of a metal precursor; b) providing a mother liquor comprising a reducing agent; c) atomizing the solution of the metal precursor; and d) allowing the metal precursor to react with a reducing agent to form the nano-metal particles, wherein the metal precursor has a higher solubility in the first solvent than in the mother liquor. The present process for preparing nano-metal particles not only has the advantages of the traditional liquid phase chemical reduction process such as simple equipment, easy availability of raw materials, low cost, easy control of conditions, high yield, large output and the like, but also may produce the nano-metal particles having a very desirable particle size and particle size distribution.

A novel type of water-soluble isatin derivatives, and manufacturing method and application thereof. An isatin derivative comprising a phenolic hydroxy group is used as the substrates. A dimethylaminomethylene group is introduced to an ortho position of the phenolic hydroxy group to significantly improve the water solubility of a class of compounds provided by the invention. An antitumor activity study showed that the activity of the class of compounds was not reduced, and even improved. The class of compounds has great prospects for applications in developing an antitumor pharmaceutical product.

The present invention provides joint use of stain and adrenocortical hormone for preparing a pharmaceutical product for the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma. The pharmaceutical product according to the present invention is capable of accelerating hematoma absorption and improving a therapeutic effect of single oral administration of a statin-based pharmaceutical product, and the dose of the adrenocortical hormone-based pharmaceutical product used is 1/10 of the dose used in a large-dose hormonal therapy.
