An impedance measurement method and apparatus for a converter, an electronic device, and a medium are applied to the field of converter data calculation and processing. A positive-sequence current disturbance and a positive-sequence voltage disturbance are respectively superimposed at a current value sampling position and a voltage value sampling position of the converter, to obtain a first disturbance current value, a first disturbance voltage value, a second disturbance current value, and a second disturbance voltage value; a first to-be-measured impedance value and a transfer function are determined based on the obtained values; further, a second to-be-measured impedance value and an initial impedance value are determined based on the first to-be-measured impedance value, the transfer function, a filter equivalent impedance value, and relevant parameters of the converter, and a final target impedance value of the converter is determined based on the initial impedance value and a decoupling coefficient.

Impedance measurement method and apparatus for converter, electronic device, and medium

A measurement method for the impedance of the converter at multiple operating points based on the secondary-side disturbance includes the following steps: superimposing the positive sequence current disturbance in the current sampling value; superimposing the positive sequence voltage disturbance in the voltage sampling value; determining whether measurement data of the converter at two or more current operating points are obtained, if so, based on the measurement data of the converter at two current operating points, calculating values of A(s) and B(s); further calculating values of coefficients at each frequency point, and obtaining the impedance value of the converter at multiple current operating points by calculation. The above-mentioned measurement method overcomes the disadvantages of high cost and complicated operation of the impedance measurement method based on the primary-side disturbance, and solves the problem of lacking the pre-judgment function.

Provided is a free-space optical signal alignment and transmission device, system, and method. The alignment and transmission device includes an optical engine and a collimating lens module which are connected. The optical engine converts an electrical signal into an optical signal and includes a base board, and a laser driver chip, a laser, a lens array module, a photodiode, and an electrical signal amplifier chip that are provided on the base board; the collimating lens module collimates and sends the optical signal transmitted from the optical engine to free space for transmission, and further shapes and sends the optical signal received from the free space to the optical engine. The laser is connected to the laser driver chip and the lens array module. One end of the photodiode is connected to the lens array module, and the other end thereof is connected to the electrical signal amplifier chip.

The communication system includes a communication terminal, communication devices, and a master control device. The first communication device includes a light emitting unit configured to transmit an optical signal and a second switching control unit configured to establish a connection with the communication terminal that has received the optical signal. The communication terminal includes a light receiving unit configured to receive the optical signal transmitted by the first communication device and a first switching control unit configured to set the first communication device as a switching destination according to the optical signal. The master control device includes a third switching control unit configured to receive a switch request containing identification information of the communication terminal and transmit a connection instruction to the first switching control unit according to the switching request.

The light engine includes molded interconnection device in which ceramic substrate is embedded, laser chip, photodiode chip, optical driving chip, transimpedance amplifier chip, array lens module and optical fiber interface provided on the ceramic substrate; the signal transmitting method includes: S1, powering optical drive chip by external power supply; S2, transmitting external signal to optical drive chip, so that laser chip emits optical signal; S3, totally reflecting and then transmitting optical signal by array lens module. The signal receiving method includes: S1, optical signal entering optical fiber interface; S2, optical signal entering array lens module; S3, transmitting optical signal to photodiode chip by array lens module; S4, converting and then transmitting optical signal into electrical signal to transimpedance amplifier chip by photodiode chip; S5, transmitting electrical signal to external circuit by transimpedance amplifier chip.

Integrated packaged light engine and signal transmitting and receiving method thereof

A multi-path multi-mode light signal aggregation, transmission, separation apparatus and method are provided. The apparatus includes a shell, an array lens module configured to turn multi-path multi-mode light signals having different frequencies and emitted by an emitting terminal and further totally reflect the light signals to a receiving terminal, an aggregation lens module configured to aggregate the turned light signals into a single-path multi-mode light signal and further disperse the single-path multi-mode light signal into the multi-path multi-mode light signals with different frequencies, and a collimation lens module configured to collimate the aggregated single-path multi-mode light signal to an optical fiber for transmission and to collimate the received single-path multi-mode light signal to the aggregation lens module. The lens modules are arranged on a substrate in the shell. The number of optical fibers and the upgrading cost can be reduced, and the communication rate is increased.

Multi-path multi-mode light signal aggregation, transmission and separation apparatus and method

Provided are a single-fiber bidirectional multimode WDM optical-to-electrical converter and a fabrication method thereof. The converter includes: a PCBA, a deflection lens module, a WDM module, and a second collimation lens. The PCBA has an electrical connector, an optical fiber connector, first positioning portions, a plurality of lasers, and a plurality of photodiodes. The deflection lens module has a light incident surface, a reflecting surface, a light emergent surface, and first fitting portions. The deflection lens module is mounted on the PCBA through engagement of the first fitting portions and the first positioning portions, and a plurality of first collimation lenses is aligned with the plurality of lasers and the plurality of photodiodes. The fabrication method includes: mounting lasers and photodiodes on a PCB with respect to first positioning portions on the PCB; and mounting a deflection lens module on the PCB through the first positioning portions.

Single-fiber bidirectional multimode WDM optical-to-electrical converter and fabrication method thereof

The present invention provides a switching power supply and a controller thereof, wherein the controller comprises: a switching power supply control device having a power supply terminal and detecting a voltage at the power supply terminal; a composite device integrating therein a power transistor and a depletion transistor, wherein the power transistor has a gate coupled to a first input, a source coupled to a first output, and a drain coupled to an input signal terminal; the depletion transistor has a gate coupled to a second input, a source coupled to a second output, and a drain coupled to the input signal terminal; the first input, the second input and the second output are coupled to the switching power supply control device, the first input receives a driving signal generated by the switching power supply control device, and the input signal terminal receives an input signal of the switching power supply. The power transistor and the depletion transistor in the composite device may be integrated within the same composite device. The present invention can shorten the startup time of the switching power supply, effectively reduce the standby power consumption, and also reduce the cost.

A low cost concentrating photovoltaic system includes a condenser system having refractive or reflective optics and a photovoltaic module having one or more thin film solar cells. The thin film solar cells may be a-Si, CdTe, Cu(InGa)Se, organic solar cell or dye sensitized solar cells. The condenser system may be a flat, cylindrical or hemispherical Fresnel lens, a parabolic reflector, a compound parabolic concentrator, a reflective V-trough, or a combination thereof. The condenser system has a concentration ratio of about 10 to 100 or higher. No tracking system is needed in many examples, or a simple one-axis tracking may be used. In one example, the condenser system uses a hemispherical Fresnel lens which focuses sunlight onto a hemispherical focal surface, and one thin film solar cell (mounted on a tracking unit) or multiple cells (without tracking) are disposed on the hemispherical focal surface of the Fresnel lens.

Low-cost thin-film concentrator solar cells

A method for fabricating thin film solar cells for a concentrated photovoltaic system uses three shadow masks. The first mask, used to deposit a back contact layer, has multiple horizontal and vertical lines defining columns and rows of cells, and multiple tabs each located in a cell along a center of a vertical border. The second mask, used to deposit a CIGS absorption layer, a window layer and a transparent contact layer, is similar to the first mask except the tabs are located along the opposite vertical border of the cells. The third mask, used to deposit a metal grid layer, has multiple bus bar openings and finger openings. Each bus bar opening is located along a horizontal center line of a cell and overlaps the second tab of a neighboring cell. The cells in a horizontal row are connected in series, forming a linear solar receiver.
