A pressure measuring unit including: a body part configured to have an upper surface, a lower surface, and a plurality of side surfaces; a connector part configured to be provided to at least one side surface among the plurality of side surfaces of the body part; a pressure measuring part coupled to the upper surface of the body part and configured to measure a pressure applied toward the upper surface of the body part from the outside to generate a pressure value; and a control part connected to the pressure measuring part to receive the measured pressure value from the pressure measuring part and configured to output the received pressure value to a communication line connected thereto.

Battery swelling inspection apparatus and method

Discussed is an apparatus for inspecting swelling of a battery cell, the apparatus including a first plate configured in a plate shape; a second plate configured in a plate shape and located to face the first plate to be spaced therefrom by a predetermined interval, the second plate being configured so that the battery cell is to be interposed between the first plate and the second plate; a fixing frame configured so that a portion of the first plate is fixedly coupled thereto; a connection frame having one end fixedly coupled to the second plate and another end fixedly coupled to the fixing frame; and a measuring element attached to the connection frame and configured to measure a deformation rate of the connection frame based on the swelling of the battery cell.

Apparatus for inspecting swelling of battery cell

Discussed is a battery swelling inspection apparatus including a first plate configured in a plate shape; a second plate configured in a plate shape and located to face the first plate; a fixing frame configured such that a portion of the first plate and a portion of the second plate are fixedly coupled thereto; a plurality of pressure measuring elements fixedly coupled to the first plate, having a head located to face the second plate, and configured to measure a pressure applied to the head, respectively; and a plurality of pressing members configured to have a second surface in a flat shape so that the second surface faces the second plate and have a first surface that is at least partially attached to the head of each of the plurality of pressure measuring elements.

Battery swelling inspection apparatus

A connector integrated with a protection element, which includes a connector housing; first terminals disposed in an inner space of the connector housing; second terminals configured to extend from the inside of the connector housing to the outside of the connector housing in a state of being separated from the first terminals and be soldered to the PCB; and a protection element configured to electrically connect the first terminals and the second terminals and mounted to one side of the connector housing.

A battery pack includes at least one battery cell, an optical fiber sensing unit including a plate-type detection unit made of optical fibers horizontally and vertically arranged in a grid form. The plate-type detection unit is deformed by deformation of the at least one battery cell, a photoresistor to collect light reflected from the optical fiber sensing unit, and a controller configured to determine if swelling occurred in the at least one battery cell based on a resistance value with a change in an amount of light collected by the photoresistor.

A shunt resistor module, which includes a shunt resistor having a resistor unit having a predetermined resistance, plate-shaped terminal units respectively configured to extend at both sides of the resistor unit, and a voltage measurement lead pin configured to protrude perpendicular to the terminal unit and having an end portion bent to be parallel to the terminal unit, and a PCB substrate having an assembly guide portion formed to be cut inward by a predetermined depth from an outermost side thereof. The voltage measurement lead pin is fit into the assembly guide portion so that the resistor unit and the terminal unit are placed on a front surface of the PCB substrate and the end portion of the voltage measurement lead pin is caught at a rear surface of the PCB substrate.

Shunt resistor module

An apparatus for detecting coolant leakage that can accurately detect the coolant leakage height in the process of detecting coolant leakage in the event of coolant leakage in a battery pack. The apparatus can detect leakage of a coolant flowing through a battery, and includes a detection resistor unit provided in the battery pack and including a resistor, the detection resistor unit configured such that the resistor is disposed at different heights from a lower end of the battery pack toward an upper end of the battery pack and the resistor comes into contact with the coolant, a power supply unit configured to supply power to the detection resistor unit, and a detection unit configured to connect to the detection resistor unit, and detect whether the coolant leaks and the coolant leakage height based on an electrical signal received from the detection resistor unit.

An auxiliary battery storage device stores an auxiliary battery that is used for performing cell balancing to a main battery adopted in an electric vehicle or supplying power to the main battery having low state of charge (SOC). The auxiliary battery storage device includes a case body formed in a box shape with a top portion that is open and an inner space in which the auxiliary battery is stored; a case body cover coupled to the case body to open or close the top portion of the case body; a terminal connection member fixed to an inner surface of the case body cover to contact a power terminal of the auxiliary battery when the top portion of the case body is closed by the case body cover; and a power cable configured to extend from the terminal connection member to the main battery.
