Provided is a verification phantom. The verification phantom is provided with a slot for holding a film, wherein the slot includes a first slot and a second slot; an opening of the first slot and an opening of the second slot are both disposed on a first outer surface of the verification phantom; and an extraction groove is disposed at a junction, on the first outer surface, of the opening of the first slot and the opening of the second slot.

A method for piercing a titanium alloy solid billet, the method including: 1) providing a Mannesmann rotary piercer including two rollers, a feed channel, a plurality of centering devices, and a mandril including a plug; fixing the mandril using the plurality of centering devices, where the Mannesmann rotary piercer has a feeding angle of 6-18&#xb0;, a cross angle of 15&#xb0;, and a roll speed of 30-90 rpm; 2) heating a titanium alloy solid billet to 930-990&#xb0; C.; 3) transferring the titanium alloy solid billet to the feed channel of the Mannesmann rotary piercer; and 4) aligning the titanium alloy solid billet with the plug of the mandril, and driving the titanium alloy solid billet to pass through the plug of the mandril, thereby piercing the titanium alloy solid billet and yielding a titanium alloy tube.

A method for preparing an ultrafine-grained superalloy bar, the method including: 1) designing a rolling machine including two rollers and two guide plates, where each of the two rollers includes a first roller and a second roller; the first roller includes a first curve and the second roller includes a second curve; the first curve and the second curve form a generatrix of the two rollers; 2) disposing the two guide plates with two curved surfaces thereof opposite to each other; disposing the two rollers to be between the two guide plates; where the two rollers and the two guide plates form a deformation zone of the rolling machine; and 3) driving the two rollers to rotate around their central axes, heating and introducing a superalloy blank from a gap between two first rollers to the deformation zone of the rolling machine; advancing the superalloy blank towards two second rollers.
