The present invention provides a large tidal current energy generating device and an assembly platform () thereof. At least one horizontal axis hydro-generator () is installed in the assembly platform (). The assembly platform () includes at least four fixed piles (), at least two force-bearing blocks (), at least two force-bearing supports (), and supports (). The at least four fixed piles are connected through the supports to form an installation space (). The at least one horizontal axis hydro-generator is installed inside the installation space. One end of each fixed pile is driven to be fixed to a seabed and the other end extends to be above a water surface. The at least four fixed piles are arranged in left and right columns relative to a water flow direction, and each column of the fixed piles is arranged along the water flow direction. The at least two force-bearing blocks are fixed to the corresponding fixed piles or supports and located on left and right sides of the horizontal axis hydro-generator below the water surface, respectively. Ends of the at least two force-bearing supports are respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the horizontal axis hydro-generator relative to the water flow direction and the other ends are respectively against the corresponding force-bearing blocks.

The hydraulic generator module is disposed in the inner frame and is mounted at the at least one mounting shaft, and the at least one mounting shaft is rotatably mounted at the inner frame. The rolling-door-type load regulating device in the invention can regulate the load suffered by the hydraulic turbine. Therefore, the power generated by the ocean energy power generating device can be stably output and be directly used, thereby solving the problem that the output power of the conventional ocean energy power generator has wide fluctuations and poor stability.

This invention provides a modularized ocean energy generating device including an outer frame, at least four inner frames, and at least four hydraulic generator modules. The at least four inner frames are detachably disposed in the outer frame. The at least four hydraulic generator modules are disposed in the at least four inner frames, respectively. The modularized ocean energy generating device in the invention includes at least four built-in modules, and the hydraulic generator modules can be distributed in an array. By the detachable inner frames and the outer frame, modularized assembly and installation can be realized, thereby greatly reducing preserving and installing costs.

The tidal generating device includes an installation frame, at least three hydro turbines, and at least one power generation module. When the installation frame of the tidal current generating device is used, the at least two buoy units are vertical to a horizontal plane and parallel to a direction of water flow. The at least three hydro turbines are disposed in parallel within the outer frame. The at least one power generation module is connected with the three hydro turbines. When water flows to the hydro turbines, the hydro turbines rotate to drive the power generation module to generate power.

One end of the rope or cable is fixed to the water deflector, and the other end bypasses the rotating shaft and the winding shaft, goes back to the water deflector and is fixed to the water deflector. The driving unit is connected with the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, such that the rope or cable is driven to withdraw or release to control the water deflector to rotate.
