A blocking device and method for mounting a leap block to a lens by a lifting/lowering mechanism using a magnet and a wire is described comprising a blocking device housing having a guide; a movable leap block attachment part mounted on the guide of the housing; a spring having a lower end supporting the attachment part and an upper end supporting the blocking device housing, the spring pushing the attachment part downward, so that the attachment part protrudes below the lower end of the blocking device housing; a wire having one end connected to a pulley and the other end connected to the attachment part, so the wire pulling the attachment part upward when the pulley rotates; a leap block attached to the lower end of the attachment part by magnets; and a blocking arm coupled to the housing and to move the housing up and down.

Blocking device and method

The blocker described comprises: a lens illumination light source; a light transmission and reflection device to reflect/transmit the light; an image sensor to detect light reflected by the light transmission and reflection device and thereby obtain an lens image; a lens meter to detect the light that has passed through the light transmission and reflection device to thereby measure lens characteristics; and a blocking member to attach a leap block to the lens. The light transmission and reflection device comprises: a first reflection plate having a central hole; a first rotating cylinder to be coupled to and to rotate the first reflection plate; a second rotating cylinder located inside and to rotate the first rotating cylinder; a second reflection plate, adjusted by the second rotating cylinder and configured to open or block the central hole in the first reflection plate; and driving means configured to drive the second rotating cylinder.

Blocker having light transmission and reflection device

A device for mounting a leap block capable of automatically adjusting the mounting direction of the leap block comprises a block stand fixedly mounted to one end of a blocking device frame and configured to support a leap block so that the leap block is rotatable in a horizontal direction; the leap block in which a support rotatably supported by the block stand is formed in the center, and a first magnetic body is mounted in one direction; and a leap block mounting unit to which a second magnetic body that couples with the first magnetic body by magnetic force is mounted in one direction, and which rotates in the horizontal direction and couples with the leap block in a fixed direction.
