A vehicle lamp forms a predetermined beam pattern using a plurality of lamp modules arranged in at least one direction. Each of the plurality of lamp modules includes a light source unit that generates light; an optical unit that is disposed in front of the light source unit and transmits the light from the light source unit so that at least a portion of the light incident to an incident surface of the optical unit is output through an exit surface thereof to form the predetermined beam pattern; and an optical path adjustment unit that guides the light generated from the light source unit to the optical unit by adjusting paths of the light. The exit surface of the optical unit of one of the plurality of lamp modules is disposed more forward than the exit surface of the optical unit of another one of the plurality of lamp modules.

Provided is a lamp for a vehicle capable of forming a plurality of different beam patterns. The vehicle lamp includes a light source system, a lens system, and a shield system. The lens system includes a plurality of incident lenses onto which light emitted from the light source system is incident and a plurality of exit lenses to output the light incident thereto from the plurality of incident lenses to form a predetermined beam pattern. A lamp for a vehicle includes a plurality of lamp modules. Each of the plurality of lamp modules comprises a light source unit including a light source; an optical path adjusting unit that adjusts a path of light generated from the light source unit; and a lens unit that emits the light incident from the optical path adjusting unit to form a first beam pattern. A variable headlamp apparatus for a vehicle is capable of realizing various lighting functions by switching positions of the plurality of optical units only with a single drive unit. The variable headlamp apparatus includes: an optical unit having an emitter to emit light; a guide unit installed with the optical unit to guide a position of the optical unit to a fixed path; a link unit connected to the optical unit and including multiple links rotatably connected to each other to change the position of the optical unit; and a drive unit to rotate the links. In particular, the optical unit moves along the fixed path of the guide unit while switching a light irradiation direction of the emitter.
