A substrate formed by using a sliding dielectric film with a low surface energy that activates surface migration of metal adatoms and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, a substrate with a sliding dielectric film includes a substrate; a sliding dielectric film with a low surface energy formed on the substrate; and a nanoparticle formed on the sliding dielectric film, wherein the surface energy of the nanoparticle is at least 1000 mJ/mgreater than the surface energy of the sliding dielectric film. The substrate has a very high SERS enhancement factor with low light loss characteristics in the entire visible region by maximizing the plasmonic coupling between highly-dense and spaced-apart nanoparticles and between the lower substrate and the upper nanoparticles.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for taking airport baggage. In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control apparatus for taking airport baggage comprising: a baggage information receiving part receiving baggage information in a tag from a tag reader which recognizes the tag attached to a baggage moving on a conveyor belt; a receipt information generating part generating receipt information with which a baggage owner is able to take the baggage on the basis of the baggage information; a receipt information providing part providing the receipt information to a terminal of the baggage owner; a movement request receiving part receiving a request for movement path of the baggage from the terminal of the baggage owner; and a movement controlling part moving the baggage to a particular location on the basis of the request for movement path of the baggage.

Apparatus and method to control taking airport baggage

An unmanned parcel storage apparatus capable of dynamically allocating storage spaces and a method of using the unmanned parcel storage. A storage method of the unmanned parcel storage apparatus determines a position and a size of a desired storage space to be allocated. Based on the determination result, a moving unit adds or removes a partition to create the desired storage space, and moves a delivery item to the created storage space for the storage purpose. Accordingly, it is possible to efficiently use a space in a storage unit and thereby store more number of delivery items in the same storage unit. In addition, the moving unit processes the allocation of storage spaces, and delivery, loading and discharging of the delivery items, and therefore the user's convenience of use can be enhanced.

A CRLH resonator-based band-pass filter includes at least two CRLH resonators. The resonators are connected by capacitive coupling. The resonators includes a microstrip line having input and output ports. The feed unit includes first and second capacitors which accomplish impedance matching when the signal is fed to the first radiation unit.

Small antenna using SRR structure in wireless communication system and method for manufacturing the same

Provided are a dipole tag antenna using an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) for wireless identification and a wireless identification system using the dipole tag antenna. The dipole tag antenna includes: a substrate formed of a first dielectric material; a conductive ground layer formed underneath the substrate; an AMC layer formed on the substrate; the dipole tag antenna mounted on the AMC layer and comprising a wireless identification chip; and the AMC directly mounted on a conductor.

Disclosed are a projecting type hyper-lens and a method of manufacturing the same. The projecting type hyper-lens includes a main lens layer and a substrate layer. A front surface of the main lens layer is recessed. The substrate layer supports the main lens layer. A front central portion of the main lens layer protrudes beyond a surface of the substrate layer. The projecting type hyper-lens allows an object to move towards a front surface of the hyper-lens until a distance between the front surface of the hyper-lens and the object is smaller than a half-wavelength of light, and thus images an object smaller than a half-wavelength of used light. Evanescent waves scattered from an object is used in a manner convenient to a user.
