A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area positioned around the display area and including a pad area adjacent to one side of the display area, a light emitting element disposed in the display area on the substrate, a pad portion disposed in the pad area on the substrate and including a plurality of output pads, a driving chip, and a control signal line. The driving chip includes a base portion facing the substrate, overlapping the pad area, and including dummy bump areas, an output bump area positioned between the dummy bump areas, and a data output area positioned between the dummy bump areas, a plurality of dummy bumps attached to a lower surface of the base portion and overlapping the dummy bump areas and the output bump area, respectively, a plurality of output bumps attached to the lower surface of the base portion, overlapping the output bump area, and connected in parallel to each other through transistors, and a plurality of detection bumps attached to the lower surface of the base portion, each of the detection bumps is electrically connected to the output bumps and overlapping the output bump area. The control signal line electrically connected through the transistors to the output bumps.

Display device

A display panel includes a display panel test circuit including an open-short test transistor including a gate electrode which receives a test gate signal, a first electrode which receives an open-short test voltage, and a second electrode connected to a data line which transmits a data voltage and an electrostatic discharge protection circuit including: a first electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode electrode connected to the data line and an anode electrode which receives a first voltage; a first switching element which determines a minimum voltage of the display panel as the first voltage under a first condition and determines an electrostatic discharge low potential voltage higher than the minimum voltage of the display panel as the first voltage under a second condition; and a second electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode electrode which receives a second voltage and an anode electrode connected to the data line.

Display panel and display device including the same

An organic light emitting display device includes an organic light emitting display panel; a bezel frame comprising a lower surface and side walls and receiving the display panel; a bezel receiving the bezel frame; and a connecting system connecting the bezel frame and the bezel.

Organic light emitting display device

A flat panel display device includes a folded bezel formed in a multi-layer structure. The flat panel display device is formed so that an electronic component of a flexible printed circuit board may be inserted into at least one opening formed at a location where the layers of the bezel correspond to one another. Thus, the electronic component inserted into the opening of the bezel has improved durability against external interference and impact, and the number of components and the number of processes can be reduced.
