A display device includes: a data line; a pixel circuit connected to the data line; a light emitting element connected to the pixel circuit; a first connection electrode under the data line; a sensing circuit connected to the first connection electrode; a light receiving element connected to the sensing circuit; and a receive line under the first connection electrode and connected to the first connection electrode.

A display device comprises a pixel circuit of each of first to third pixels disposed on a substrate, first to third vertical gate lines extending in a first direction and disposed on a side of the pixel circuit of each of the first to third pixels, respectively, a horizontal gate line extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction and disposed on the first to third vertical gate lines, a first electrode of each of the first to third pixels extending in the first direction and disposed on the horizontal gate line, and a second electrode of each of the first to third pixels extending in the first direction, the second electrode and the first electrode being disposed in a same layer. The first electrode of the first pixel overlaps the first vertical gate line, and the first electrode of the second pixel overlaps the second vertical gate line.

Disclosed is a sensor of a display device including a light-sensing element connected to a first sensing node, a first transistor connected between a reset voltage line and the first sensing node, a second transistor connected between a sensor-driving voltage line and a second sensing node, and including a gate electrode connected to the first sensing node, a third transistor connected between the second sensing node and a readout line, and including a gate electrode connected to a scan line, and a compensation capacitor connected between the gate electrode of the second transistor and the scan line.

Display device and method for fabricating the same

A display device may include a display panel and a scan driving unit. The display panel may include a display area and a non-display. The display area may include scan lines, data lines, and pixels connected to the scan lines and the data lines. The non-display area may abut the display area and may include data connection lines. The data connection lines may be respectively connected to the data lines. The scan driving unit may include scan stages and auxiliary stages. The scan stages may be disposed on the display area and may be electrically connected to the scan lines for providing scan signals through the scan lines to the pixels. The auxiliary stages may be disposed on the non-display area, may include auxiliary transistors, and may provide carry signals to one or more of the scan stages. Some of the auxiliary transistors overlap the data connection lines.

Display device and tiled display device including the same

A display device includes a first substrate, an external signal line disposed on the first substrate, a second substrate disposed on the external signal line, the second substrate includes a contact hole exposing a surface of the external signal line, a lower metal layer disposed on the second substrate, the lower metal layer includes a lower connection pattern, a dam pattern disposed on the lower metal layer and adjacent to the contact hole, and a first conductive layer disposed on the lower metal layer, the first conductive layer includes a voltage line and a connection line spaced apart from each other with the dam pattern disposed between the voltage line and the connection line.

A display device comprises a first substrate including a first contact hole, fan-out lines included in a first metal layer on the first substrate, first and second pad parts exposed to a lower portion of the first substrate, a display layer disposed on the fan-out lines, and a flexible film disposed below the first substrate, inserted into the first contact hole, and electrically connected to the first and second pad parts. The fan-out lines comprise first fan-out lines extending from the first contact hole in a first direction, and second fan-out lines extending from the first contact hole in a direction opposite to the first direction. The first fan-out lines and the first pad parts are integral with each other. The second fan-out lines and the second pad parts are integral with each other.

A display device includes a first substrate, a first electrode on the first substrate, a second electrode on the first substrate and spaced from the first electrode, a plurality of light-emitting elements each having respective end portions on the first and second electrodes, a first transistor having a first end connected to the first electrode and a second end grounded, and a second transistor having a first end connected to the second electrode and a second end grounded, wherein the first transistor is forward-biased to the first electrode, and the second transistor is reverse-biased to the second electrode.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

There is provided a display device comprises a substrate; a circuit layer; and an element layer. The element layer comprises light emitting elements disposed in emission areas of a display area of the substrate, and light sensing elements disposed in light sensing areas of the display area. The circuit layer comprises light emitting pixel drivers electrically connected to the light emitting elements; light sensing pixel drivers electrically connected to the light sensing elements; data lines electrically connected to the light emitting pixel drivers; first dummy lines extending in a first direction; second dummy lines extending in parallel with the data lines; and a reset control line electrically connected to the light sensing pixel drivers, extending in the first direction, transmitting a reset control signal for resetting the light sensing pixel drivers, and overlapping at least some of the first dummy lines.

A display device includes a display panel including a light emitting element, and an input sensing layer including a sensing electrode and a dummy electrode insulated from the sensing electrode and disposed on the display panel. The light emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed on the first electrode, and a light emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is electrically connected to the dummy electrode.

Display device having an input sensing layer including a dummy electrode and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes gate lines and data lines in a display area, pixels in the display area and electrically connected to the gate lines, the data lines, a first power source line, and a second power source line, a driving circuit supplying gate signals and data signals to the gate lines and the data lines, and including a first circuit element disposed in the display area between the pixels, and a conductive pattern disposed in the display area, overlapping the first circuit element, and electrically connected to the second power source line. Each pixel includes a first electrode electrically connected to the first power source line, a second electrode electrically connected to the second power source line, and at least one light emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode. The conductive pattern, the first electrode, and the second electrode are on a same layer.

A tiled display includes: first and second display devices disposed adjacent to each other, the first and second display devices including display areas each having light-emitting areas, and a seam between adjacent ones of the display areas. Each of the first and second display devices includes: a first base part in the display areas, a first support layer on the first base part in the display areas and the seam, a display layer on the first support layer in the display areas and the seam, a second support layer on the display layer in the display areas and the seam, and a second base part on the second support layer in the display areas. The first support layer of the second display device is disposed on the second support layer of the first display device in the seam.
