Exemplary methods of semiconductor processing may include providing a silicon-containing precursor to a processing region of a semiconductor processing chamber. A substrate may be disposed within the processing region of the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include depositing a silicon-containing material on the substrate. The silicon-containing material may extend within the one or more recessed features along the substrate and a seam or void may be defined by the silicon-containing material within at least one of the one or more recessed features along the substrate. The methods may also include treating the silicon-containing material with a hydrogen-containing gas, such as plasma effluents of the hydrogen-containing gas, which may cause a size of the seam or void to be reduced.

Methods and techniques for deposition of amorphous carbon films on a substrate are provided. In one example, the method includes depositing an amorphous carbon film on an underlayer positioned on a susceptor in a first processing region. The method further includes implanting a dopant or the inert species into the amorphous carbon film in a second processing region. The implant species, energy, dose & temperature in some combination may be used to enhance the hardmask hardness. The method further includes patterning the doped amorphous carbon film. The method further includes etching the underlayer.

A three-view foldable calendar () consisting of a single integrated structure () that includes three sections: an upper section (), a center section () and a lower section (). When the calendar () is to be stored or mailed, the upper section () and the lower section () are folded over the center section () to allow a small compact structure to be formed. The upper section () has adjacent an upper edge () a centered hanging hole () into which is inserted a pin that secures the calendar () to a wall. When the calendar () is placed in a viewing configuration it is hung on the wall which allows three consecutive calendars months to be displayed for comparative viewing.

A binder with cover spacer which restrains the covers of a binder in a near-parallel relationship to enable the binder to be stored in a stacked or shelved manner. The binder of the invention is comprised of a back portion, or spine, which determines the width of the closed binder, and generally two covers hingedly attached to the spine. The cover spacer of the invention comprises a first base portion affixed to one of the covers of the binder near the distal, or outer, edge of the cover. A stand-off element is hingedly attached to the first base portion, such that the stand-off element is moveable from a position approximately parallel to the cover, essentially laying flat against the cover, to a position approximately perpendicular to the cover. A second base portion is affixed to the other cover in a position generally opposite to the first base portion. The second base portion has a clasp or catch arrangement such that the distal end of the stand-off device in the perpendicular position engages the clasp or catch arrangement, thereby providing a rigid support which spaces and restrains the covers in a near parallel position.

A key case (10) consisting of a first cover (12) and a second cover (28) that enclose a first and a second sidemember (14,26) that have sandwiched between them a lower and an upper leaf spring (18,20). The springs control and maintain the retracted and extracted positions of an articulated first and second key (22,24). The keys have near their articulated points a straight receiving step (22B, 24B) and an angular stop (22C, 24C). The steps maintain the keys in a horizontal position and the stops maintain the keys at an angular position where each position is with respect to the horizontal plane of the key case (10). In a second configuration of the invention, two key cases (10) are joined at their sides to provide a key case with four keys. In either configuration when the keys are retracted, the key case (10) takes a very little space and its design prevents tearing or premature wearing of trouser pockets or purse linings.
