A flexible secondary battery includes: a first electrode including a first electrode current collector extended longitudinally, a first electrode active material layer formed on the outside of the first electrode current collector, and a first insulation coating layer formed on the outside of the first electrode active material layer; and a second electrode including a second electrode current collector extended longitudinally, a second electrode active material layer formed on the outside of the second electrode current collector, and a second insulation coating layer formed on the outside of the second electrode active material layer, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are wound in such a manner that they are disposed alternately in contact with each other.

A method for manufacturing an anode for a cable-type secondary battery, includes forming a lithium-containing electrode layer on the outer surface of a wire-type current collector; and surrounding the outer surface of the lithium-containing electrode layer with a substrate for forming a polymer layer spirally, and pressing the outside of the substrate for forming a polymer layer to form a polymer layer on the lithium-containing electrode layer, wherein the polymer layer includes a hydrophobic polymer, an ion conductive polymer, and a binder for binding the hydrophobic polymer and the ion conductive polymer with each other. Disclosed is a cable-type secondary battery, including: a winding core having guide portions formed by intaglio or relief in a spiral shape on the surface thereof; a sheet-type first inner electrode formed on the outside of the winding core surface between the guide portions by spiral winding; a sheet-type first separation layer formed on the outside of the first inner electrode by spiral winding; a sheet-type second inner electrode formed on the outside of the first separation layer by spiral winding; a second separation layer formed on the outside of the second inner electrode by spiral winding; and an outer electrode formed on the outside of the second separation layer by spiral winding.

Cable-type secondary battery including winding core having guide portions

The present disclosure relates to a cable type secondary battery which includes: a cable type electrode assembly including an inner electrode, a separator layer formed to surround the outer surface of the inner electrode and preventing a short-circuit between electrodes, and an outer electrode formed to surround the separator layer; a taping layer formed by spirally winding a sheet type tape so that it surrounds the outer surface of the cable type electrode assembly; and a packaging formed to surround the outer surface of the taping layer. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to prevent separation of the separator layer or the outer electrode, and thus to reinforce the bending characteristics of the cable type secondary battery.
