A bread maker comprising: a main body; an oven having a surface coated with a ceramic material, and being accommodated in the main body; a door provided in a front of the main body to open and close the oven; and upper heaters and lower heaters respectively disposed in upper and lower parts of the oven and the door. The oven is coated with a ceramic material so that an inner surface of the oven does not become deformed due to a high temperatures, and so that an inner surface of the oven that is stained or coated with bread ingredients can be easily cleaned. The upper heaters are inclined downward, thereby enhancing heating efficiency. Further, the oven components are detachable so that a damaged part of the oven can be separately replaced.

A bread maker including a main body having an oven compartment with a front opening, a door to open and close the front opening of the oven compartment, a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment and winding a mixing bag filled with ingredients for bread thereon, a drum driver driving the kneading drums to rotate, a heater heating the inside of the oven compartment, and a heater driver driving the heater to operate. The bread maker includes a door sensor sensing whether the door is open or closed; and a controller controlling the drum driver and the heater driver to suspend the kneading drum and the heater, respectively, when the door sensor senses that the door is open. With this configuration, the bread maker and a method of controlling the same, suspends heaters and kneading drums when a door is open while the bread maker operates, thereby increasing safety and decreasing loss of heat and electrical energy.

Bread maker and method of controlling the same

A bread maker having an oven and a main body accommodating the oven therein, which comprises a base frame in the main body, a main frame disposed above the base frame and forming an oven compartment with a front opening, and a reinforcing member mounted to the main frame to reinforce the main frame. Accordingly, the present invention provides a bread maker in which a main body is securely and stably reinforced and noise is suppressed.

The present invention relates to a bread maker. The bread maker comprises: a main body having a door opening and forming a bread making space; a door opening/closing the door opening; a baking tray in the bread making space; a tray sensor sensing whether the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space; and a controller controlling a bread making process to be performed on the basis of a sensing signal from the tray sensor when the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space. Thus, operational errors are prevented since the bread maker is operates only when a baking tray is mounted.

A bread maker having a main body, an oven accommodated in the main body, a baking tray provided inside the oven, and a door rotatably connected to the main body to open and close the oven, the bread maker including a sealing part on an inside of the door to prevent leakage of heat from the oven, and a rib extending from the baking tray to contact the sealing part. The sealing part of the door contacts a rib formed on the baking tray when the door is closed so that the sealing part does not protrude into the oven, which prevents the sealing part from being damaged or deformed by an external force, and allows the door to be manufactured using a simple assembling process that increases productivity. The bottom of the oven includes a protuberant part that minimizes the effects of an external force.

A bread maker including a main body forming an oven compartment; upper and lower kneading drums spaced from each other in upper and lower parts inside the oven compartment to hold opposite ends of a mixing bag, respectively, and to wind opposite ends of the mixing bag is provided. Further, a pair of tray members is disposed between the upper and lower kneading drums facing each other to form a slit to pass the mixing bag therethrough. The bread maker also includes tray holder members to be combined with opposite ends of a pair of tray members; a pair of guides mounted on inner sidewalls of the oven compartment facing each other to slidably guide the tray holder members by being slidingly combined with the tray holder members; and a shock absorber between the tray holder member and the guide. Accordingly, the shock absorber between the guide and the tray holder member prevents the tray holder member from minute movement while placed in the guide. Consequently, noise occurring due to direct contract of the guides with the tray holder members can be prevented, thereby providing the user with an improved and reliable bread maker.

A bread maker includes a frame, a bracket combined to a side part of the frame and formed with a combining hole, a door provided in front of the frame, and a door hinge combined to the door and formed with a combining projection rotatably combined to the combining hole of the bracket to allow the door to rotatably open and close. Accordingly, the bread maker has a simplified and a secure a door combination structure, thereby enhancing assembly efficiency and decreasing production cost. Further, the bread maker includes a bracket covered with a side cover when the door is open, thereby simplifying and improving the exterior appearance of the bread maker.

A bread maker, having: a main body defining an oven compartment; a pair of kneading drums rotatably provided inside the oven compartment, spaced apart from each other, each kneading drum holding opposite ends of a mixing bag and being rotated; a pair of kneading members oppositely provided between the pair of kneading drums, spaced apart and defining a slit therebetween to allow the mixing bag to pass therethrough; and a slit adjusting part adjusting the pair kneading members to adjust the slit.

A bread maker including a pair of kneading drums inside an oven compartment, to which are attached opposite ends of a mixing bag containing bread ingredients, the kneading drums reversing rotary direction periodically; a bar code scanner to read a bar code on the mixing bag; a drum driving part rotating the kneading drums in clockwise and counterclockwise directions; a bar code reading checking part sensing whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code; and a controller determining whether the bar code scanner is reading the bar code based upon a sensed signal output from the bar code reading checking part, and controlling the drum driving part to rotate the kneading drums at a bar code reading speed while the bar code scanner reads the bar code, and at a faster dough kneading speed when the bar code scanner has completely read the bar code.

A bread maker including a main body divided into an oven compartment and an electric component compartment; a pair of parallel kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment, each kneading drum having a holding part holding opposite ends of a mixing bag containing ingredients for bread, and reversing rotary direction periodically; a drum driving part in the electric component compartment rotating the kneading drums in clockwise and counterclockwise directions; a kneading drum control part allowing a user to control rotation of the kneading drums as desired; and a controller controlling the drum driving part to rotate the kneading drums according to user control of the kneading drum control part.

An AC/DC microwave oven includes a selecting switch selecting AC or DC input power; a supplier supplying power using a common driving load driven by the DC power, and supplying the AC input power or DC/AC converted power selected by the selecting switch; and a microwave oscillator driven by AC power supplied by the supplier. AC/DC type microwave oven

A microwave oven has a stationary wave magnetic field detecting device. The microwave oven includes an antenna sensor having a loop portion which is protruded into a waveguide of the microwave oven, and a wire whose one end is grounded at the waveguide, wherein the wire of the antenna sensor is grounded at an outer side of the waveguide.

An automatic cooking control method for a microwave oven using data pattern of food, including the steps of: (a) collecting data outputted from a data detecting section for a predetermined time; (b) comparing the collected data with at least one prestored data pattern; and (c) selecting the data pattern among the prestored data pattern that is most similar with the collected data, and performing a cooking operation corresponding to the selected data pattern. When the data collected for the predetermined time corresponds to a no-load pattern, the microwave oven stops the cooking operation. Without separate external data input about weight or physical status of the food in the cooking chamber, the microwave oven automatically selects the most proper cooking process for the food in the cooking chamber by comparing the data about the food in the cooking chamber with the data patterns of the various foods prestored in the microwave oven. Accordingly, the microwave oven becomes easy to operate, and the cooking quality of the microwave oven is improved. Further, by regularly repeating the data collecting, data pattern comparing, and data pattern selecting processes, the microcomputer can perform the proper cooking operation while adjusting the cooking operation in accordance with the respectively selected cooking operations. Thanks to the regular repetition of the above processes, the microwave oven can perform the most proper cooking operation in accordance with the present status of the food in the cooking chamber.

Automatic cooking control method for a microwave oven

A defrosting method for a microwave oven capable of variably adjusting a level of output power of a magnetron in accordance with data detected from a sensor, comprising the steps of (a) detecting a change degree of output data from a sensor for a predetermined time period; and (b) adjusting a level of output power of a magnetron in accordance with the change degree of the output data from the sensor.
