The invention relates to a sealed cable connector, including electric cables; an electrically insulating housing; electrical terminals, each of the electrical terminals having an end portion that is electrically connected to an end portion of a corresponding electric cable; the housing having a frame forming a cavity that extends in a z-direction, wherein connected end portions of the electric cables and the electrical terminals are provided within in the cavity of the frame; wherein the electrical terminals have a planar shape in the cavity and are oriented in the x-direction and the z-direction, in that the housing is molded onto the connected electric cables and the electrical terminals, and in that an electrically isolating material is injected into the cavity such that it seals the connected end portions of the electric cables and the electrical terminals. A manufacturing method and use of the sealed cable connector is also provided.

Sealed cable connector, manufacturing method and use thereof

An electric connecting structure is provided, which includes an outer casing, at least two electrical connection terminals, at least two cables, and an electronic component. At least part of each electrical connection terminal is fixed in the outer casing. Each of the at least two cables has an end connected to the corresponding electrical connection terminal. The electric connection structure further includes at least one cable holder molded onto the at least two cables and mounted in the outer casing. The electronic component is connected between the ends of the at least two cables. The electric connection structure can simplify the wiring operations and consequently reduce the time and costs required for the wiring operations.

Electric connecting structure and manufacturing method thereof

A ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger of a motor vehicle, has plate-like support structure with a main flow opening. A ventilator, including an electric motor and a fan, is mounted in the main flow opening. A voltage regulating device is fixed to the support structure and connected to the electric motor. The voltage regulating device has a support casing and a heat dissipater connected to the support casing. The voltage regulating device is fixed to the support structure in the region of but outside of the main flow opening, with the support casing and the heat dissipater being disposed in planes which are at least approximately parallel with the axis of the fan and of the main flow opening.
