A computing system is in communication with vendor computer systems and client computer systems. A computing system processor is configured to transmit sets files from the client computer systems to the vendor computer systems, provide access to materials relevant to transmitted sets of files to client computer systems and vendor computer systems, determine a likelihood of a certain outcome from file processing, and select vendors based on factors including the determined likelihood of a certain outcome.

Disclosed is a novel vendor management system and method that enables one or more parties to assign various types of files to one or more other parties for review and processing. Multiple business clients are able to refer a variety of files to a select group of vendors having expertise in a particular business or process. Further, the present invention provides a robust and flexible platform to support diverse referrals and workflow needs as well as access to referred files by the vendor, client, and adverse party.

A method and system for conducting, managing and executing over a communication network, an auction of claims or assets to buyers having expressed interest in purchasing claims or assets is presented. The method includes placing an indication of the availability of at least one of said assets at a remote site, wherein said indication is accessible by each of said buyers over said network, notifying at least one buyer predeterminedly expressing interest in items contained within said claims or assets of the availability of said at least one claim or asset, determining a market value of said at least one claim or asset based on historical data of same or similar claims or assets, dynamically adjusting the market value, conducting an interactive bidding process, notifying one of the bidding buyers of acceptance of a corresponding bid when said bid satisfies predetermined criteria, and recording the accepted bid.

Method and system for auctioning bankruptcy assets and valuing same

A method and computerized system is disclosed for managing insurance receivable accounts. The method provides a combination of specific automation enablers and unique ruled based decision tools which are used to maximize recovery of the insurance receivable accounts. The method includes automation of collection strategies based in part on an automated decision support tool, for objective evaluation of data relating to any collection related decisions or activities, and a historical data warehouse, for comparison to all other insurance receivable accounts recorded. The computerized system entails a local area network of workstations, database server, file server, input devices, output devices configured by software for accumulating, processing, administering and analyzing premium insurance collection accounts in an automated workflow process environment. The computerized system provides, among other capabilities, for cases processed in-house by collectors, automation respecting scripted dispute handling, on-line payment plan capabilities, electronic data transfer and, collection strategy development, for cases referred to an outside collection agency or attorney, automation respecting facsimile generations, legal strategy development, in-house attorney reviews and monitoring, electronic data transfers to local counsel, evaluation of the next step to be undertaken and, access to a bankruptcy database.
