A nozzle head for dispensing sealant within a gap is provided. The nozzle head includes, but is not limited to, a body section and a port connected with the body section. The body section forms a primary channel through which sealant is dispensed. The primary channel forms an entrance through which sealant enters the body section and an exit through which sealant is dispensed from the nozzle. The port is connected with the body section and surrounds the exit. The port forms a chamber having a tip portion opposed to a rear opening. The chamber forms an angled path from the tip portion to the rear opening to trap and guide excess sealant within the chamber to the rear opening.

Method and device for dispensing sealant within a gap

A reclosable vacuum storage bag that can be hermetically sealed by flat resealable means that extend across the full width of the bag. The flat resealable means are designed to provide a barrier to prevent ambient air from leaking into the evacuated interior volume of the bag. The storage bag is also provided with a plastic zipper. The flat resealable means can be arranged on the product side of the zipper, on the user side of the zipper, or in between two zippers installed in the storage bag.

A package has wall panels defining a product receiving space and providing a bag mouth arrangement between upper end portions of the wall panels which have a hermetic peel seal and a reclosable fastener with a tamper evident tear-off strip closing the upper ends of the upper portions. The tear-off strip has at least one digitally engageable ear to facilitate tearing off of the strip.

A zippered cook-in-bag pouch and method wherein the pouch and a profiled extruded plastic zipper structure at the mouth of the pouch body are formed from material which will withstand substantially without deterioration maximum cooking heat to which contents within the pouch may be subjected when cooking the contents. A set hot melt adhesive between the profiles bonds the profiles tenaciously against separation at room temperature. The adhesive is sufficiently softenable at a temperature substantially above room temperature but near the cooking temperature, for releasing the profiles for opening the pouch body. The adhesive is settable to a non-tacky state in respect to the separated profiles when the adhesive temperature drops below the softenable temperature of the adhesive so that the zipper can then be reclosed and opened at will without adhesive interference.
