A method for detecting failed back-drills in PCBs in the process of fabricating a PCB so that the failed back-drill can be screened out or repaired. short to ground connection is added for every back-drill via that will be cut when the back-drill removes the via stub. If the back-drill is bad or failed the short to ground will fail the subsequent electrical tests. The PCB can be repaired by re-drilling the hole or via. Failed back-drills may be detected in the manufacturing stage using standard equipment and test procedures. This process creates a simple pass-fail measurement that uses an existing common test process to catch failed back drills in the PCB fabrication facility. This allows for easy and cost-effective repair and guarantees back-drill failures do not pass into the field.

System and method for detecting defective back-drills in printed circuit boards

The present invention provides a method for detecting and adjusting failed back-drills in PCBs in the process of fabricating a PCB so that the failed back-drill can be screened out or repaired. This is accomplished, by after detecting poor back drills in a PCB, measuring the actual thickness of each PCB board. Next, the measured actual thickness of each PCB board is compared with .the theoretical thickness of each PCB board. The back drill depth for each area of the PCB board is then adjusted for its theoretical thickness and percent variation from the measured thickness to adjust the poor back drill.

The telescopic paint pole system comprises a telescopic shaft, a paint pump system, and a spray head. The paint pump system is integrated into the telescopic shaft. The spray head is attached to the paint pump system. The spray head is detachable and replaceable. The length of the telescopic shaft is adjustable which allows for adjustment of the height the telescopic paint pole system can reach.

An apparatus is disclosed for easy removal of potted and trained plants from a plant container. The apparatus includes an elongated support member configured to assist plant training, and an elliptical-shaped support base connected to the elongated support member and configured to removably support a plant. Embodiments of the apparatus include support arms asymmetrically disposed on the elongated support member to upwardly support a plant.

A receptacle connector of the present invention is used as an electrical connector configured to connect two circuit boards. The receptacle connector includes: a housing in which a receiving space is formed, a connection target being inserted in the receiving space; a plurality of contacts being arranged parallel to one another, having a plurality of signal line contacts and a plurality of ground contacts, and being placed with every two adjacent signal line contacts for transmitting signals interposed between two ground contacts; a supporting member made of an electrically-insulating synthetic resin material, and configured to integrally support and fix thereto the plurality of contacts; and a common contact made of a conductive resin material and configured to electrically connect the plurality of ground contacts together among the plurality of contacts. A cooker to smoker adapter is provided, and in one embodiment the cooker to smoker adapter includes first and second walls constructed to cooperate with a wall of a cooker to provide a fuel containment zone for receipt of fuel to be used in a smoking process. In another embodiment, one of the walls includes at least one aperture to readily permit the addition of fuel to the fuel containment zone. In yet another embodiment, a second aperture is provided in one of the walls, this aperture being adapted to receive a reservoir for a liquid. In a further embodiment, a liquid holding reservoir is provided integral with one of the walls. In another embodiment, stand-alone structures are provided to define a fuel containment zone to permit the burning of fuel while avoiding direct radiant transmission of heat from the fuel containment zone to a food which is being smoked. In one embodiment, the stand-alone structure is adapted to receive a reservoir for water. In a further one of the stand-alone embodiments, a cap is provided on the cooker to smoker adapter structure. In the stand-alone cooker to smoker adapters an aperture is included in the walls to permit the addition of fuel into a fuel containment zone. In the free-standing cooker to smoker adapters, a chute may also be provided to facilitate the addition of fuel into the fuel containment zone.
