A pan chiller system eschews traditional methods of strapping refrigeration tubing upon an inner liner and obtaining temperature readings from a suction line. The disclosed embodiments overcome shortfalls in the related art by, inter alia, by artfully using a thermal retention assembly that retains refrigeration tubing in the middle of an inner liner. An inner liner may be filled with glycerin or similar products with the glycerin filling a temperature control bulb to obtain accurate temperature readings and avoiding the use of a suction line for such purposes. The disclosed embodiments may also include an air movement system moving cold air at the bottom of the pan and moving air upon the outer sides of the glycerin well and over the top of the well.

Pan chiller with improved heat transfer and temperature control

An evaporator coil and housing system is sometimes used in commercial applications wherein refrigeration occurs in confined and harsh environments. The disclosed evaporator coils are energy efficient, configured for installation in areas typically not suited for evaporator coil insulation, and made to withstand acids and other contaminants of spilled food stuffs. The fan motors are also made to withstand contaminates often found in commercial food environments. The various housing assemblies allow for air flow in a plethora of directions to comport with the most constrained and difficult applications. Multiple blow directions may be configured and individual blow patterns may be configured in a cone shape for maximum efficiency.

An irrigation sprinkler head has an auxiliary nozzle carrier having a nozzle attached to each end thereof. Each nozzle is held on one end of the flexible nozzle carrier. One end of the nozzle carrier holding a nozzle is attached to the sprinkler head to operatively attach the nozzle to the outlet of the sprinkler head while the other end extends from the side of the sprinkler head. The nozzles are rapidly exchanged on the sprinkler head by disconnecting the nozzle carrier and nozzle from the sprinkler head and connecting the other end of the nozzle carrier and nozzle to the sprinkler head without removing either nozzle from the carrier and without the use of tools. The nozzle carrier is flexible and angled between the nozzle holding ends so that the nozzle carrier can flex between the ends thereof to absorb impact without damage when used below a crop line.

Flexible auxiliary nozzle carrier

A pivoting mast device is disclosed for pivoting a mast relative to a surface. The pivoting mast device comprises a mast pivot pivotably coupling the mast to the surface. A lower wheel is rotatably coupled adjacent to a proximal end of the mast. An upper wheel is rotatably coupled adjacent to a distal end of the mast. A linkage couples the lower wheel to the upper wheel. A drive is coupled to the lower wheel for displacing the linkage. An upper traveler slideably engages the mast and is coupled to the headstay. A lower traveler slidably engages the mast and is coupled to the linkage. A lowering stay is secured to the surface and the lowering traveler. A mast lowering displacement is defined by the lower traveler and the upper traveler in a descending direction. A mast raising displacement is defined by the lower traveler in a ascending direction.

A walk assist device including a mechanism for mechanically providing a lifting force to lift a patient from a seated position and provide a weight support force to a patient at an individually adjusted height level along the length of an exercise run.

I-beam walk assist device

The invention comprises an improved seaplane having a retractable step. The term retractable step, however, is a misnomer. The step portion of the seaplane float includes a panel which may be extended once the plane is airborne to reduce aerodynamic drag created by such hydrodynamic steps. The panel may be hinged at a rear portion of the aircraft and extended and retracted using a hydraulic strut or the like. Side panels may also be provided which would hinge via a piano type hinge or the like to the sides of the extendable panel. The side panels may be provided with an end pin or pins which would travel in a track within the step cavity such that the side panels would be pushed into position as the step cover panel is extended. The apparatus of the present invention may be employed in both conventional and tunnel type hulls.

Retractable step fairing for amphibian airplane

A resettable ground fault circuit interrupter most advantageously suited for use with 400-Hz aircraft electrical systems and designed to interrupt the AC power between an aircraft electrical system and one or more electrical appliances being operated therein when a ground fault occurs. The circuit relies upon an imbalance sensor which is implemented in the preferred embodiment disclosed herein as a multi-turn coil of a transformer through which input wires connected to an AC input terminal are threaded so that an imbalance resulting from a ground fault can be detected by the coil. The signal generated by the coil as a result of such an imbalance is then amplified and applied to a thyristor, the conducting or non-conducting state of which determines whether or not the circuit is in a configuration for interrupting the AC signal or not interrupting the AC signal. Light emitting diodes are utilized to indicate the interruption status of the circuit. A reset switch is provided to reset the thyristor after an imbalance ceases because of removal of a ground fault that had previously occurred.

The encapsulated nut of the present invention comprises a stove pipe configured encapsulation, having a base portion for entirely encapsulating the exterior surfaces of a conventional nut such as a nut designed to accommodate a half-inch bolt and having a square exterior shape. The encapsulated nut of the present invention also comprises an integral bore which is configured as an elongated cylinder adapted to receive the portion of the bolt that is threaded through the nut and extends beyond the nut. However, the internal diameter of the bore is greater than the external diameter of the threaded bolt and comprises a smooth surface. Thus, the internal wall surface of the bore is not provided with threads, nor is it cut to form threads when the bolt is threaded through the nut of the invention. Furthermore, there is a small gap between the bore internal wall surface and the threads of the bolt, thus permitting the injection of sealant therebetween to improve the seating engagement between the bolt and the encapsulated nut. The bore is enclosed or capped at the end thereof, opposite the nut. This is done by providing a circular disk-shaped cap which is sonically welded to the open end of the bore, opposite the nut. The entire encapsulation, including the base portion, the bore and the cap is, fabricated by an injection molding process.

A device for securing a set of golf clubs in a bag is disclosed, in which a flat plate is provided having four generally parallel tongues defining three slots which are closed at one end of the plate and open at the opposite end. Each slot is slightly wider than a narrow region of the golf club shafts, and is substantially longer than its width, so that a group of golf clubs can be laterally inserted in series. A generally U-shaped arm is pivotally attached at one of its ends to one of the two outermost tongues, so as to be pivotable between an open position, in which clubs can be inserted in the slots, and an engaged position in which the arm closes the slot openings, securing the clubs in the device. Holes are provided in the other end of the arm and the other one of the plate's outermost tongues, which overlap when the plate and arm are in the engaged position, allowing a padlock shackle to lock the two pieces together. One end of a long cable is attached to the plate, the other end having a loop which hangs free when the device is not in use. The device may thus be locked to another object, such as a tree or pole, by wrapping the cable around the object and connecting the loop and the two overlapping ends of the device with the padlock shackle.

Golf club and bag security device

An apparatus for discharging sewage from a holding tank on a travel trailer or the like to a sewer inlet includes a flexible inlet coupling section for connecting to the discharge fitting on the holding tank, an L-shaped fixed outlet coupling section for insertion into the sewer opening, and a telescoping tube section connected to the inlet and outlet coupling sections. The joints or connection points to the flexible inlet coupling sections are sealed by hose clamps, and the connection between the tube sections and the connection between one end of the tube sections and the outlet coupling section are sealed with locking couplings having 'O' rings. The flexible coupling and telescoping section accommodate various positions of the holding tank relative to the sewer inlet. A rigid tube section can be inserted between the telescoping tube section and the outlet coupling section to further increase the length of the sewage discharge apparatus.

Apparatus for discharging sewage from travel trailers and the like

A bale loading, transporting and feeding apparatus of a type for handling large bales of hay. A two-wheeled trailer is provided with an elongated member having two or more shaft mechanisms rigidly attached thereto. The shaft mechanisms are perpendicularly disposed with respect to the elongated member and are non-parallel with respect to each other for facilitating the engaging of each bale while the previously engaged bale is lifted off of the ground. A feed rack is connected to the trailer and is selectively movable between a vertical loading and transporting position and a horizontal feeding position.
