A system for anonymizing motor vehicle position information includes a global positioning system (GPS) module disposed within a host vehicle, a control module disposed within the host vehicle and in electronic communication with the GPS module. The control module executes a control logic for collecting real-time host vehicle telemetry data packets from the GPS module, and a control logic for continuously wirelessly communicating the real-time host vehicle telemetry data packets. A remote end-point is in wireless electronic communication with the control module, and executes end-point control logic that continuously receives the real-time host vehicle telemetry data packets from the control module, performs session-based anonymization of the real-time host vehicle telemetry data packets, performs distance-based start location and end location blurring of host vehicle position, writes the real-time host vehicle telemetry data packets to a persistent database once the anonymization and blurring have been executed.

Systems and method are provided for predicting a vehicle pose. In one embodiment, a system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium. The non-transitory computer readable medium includes: an asynchronous prediction module configured to, by a processor, receive vehicle data from a vehicle, and compute a prediction of vehicle pose from the vehicle data, wherein the computation is performed asynchronously using a vehicle time frame and a common coordinate system; and a synchronous prediction module configured to, by the processor, compute a final prediction of the vehicle pose across the vehicle population based on the prediction of vehicle pose from the asynchronous prediction module, wherein the computation is performed synchronously using a global time frame and the common system.

A rideshare system including: a memory including executable instructions; a controller to execute the executable instructions; one or more mobile computing devices configured to transmit pickup location data and drop-off location data to the controller; a rideshare vehicle configured to transmit vehicle location data to the controller; and where the executable instructions enable the controller to: receive the pickup location data from the one or more mobile computing devices; receive the drop-off location data from the one or more mobile computing devices; receive vehicle location data from the rideshare vehicle; based on the pickup location data, drop-off location data, and vehicle location data, calculate rideshare service priority variable data for each of the one or more mobile computing devices; transmit, to the rideshare vehicle, the rideshare service priority variable data, pickup location data, and drop-off location data for at least one of the one or more mobile computing devices.
