A system may include a data collector to collect data from at least one data source and to tag each group of collected data with a metadata tag. The metadata tag may include information about the collected data. The system may also include a metadata catalogue for containing a plurality of metadata tags and to allow a search for existence and a location on a network of any data corresponding to the search.

System and method for collection, retrieval, and distribution of data

A method of modeling operational and/or logical aspects of a system in a system-of-systems environment. Modeling components of generic structure are used to obtain a logical model of the system. The logical model and the modeling components of generic structure are used to obtain related models targeted toward the aspects. The related models are implemented to determine effects of the aspects on the system and/or system-of-systems.

Integrated system-of-systems modeling environment and related methods

A method of modeling a mission system. The system is represented as a plurality of architectural components. At least some of the architectural components are configured with availability characteristics to obtain a model of the system. The model is implemented to assess availability in the mission system. The model may be implemented to perform tradeoff decisions for each individual component and interrelated components. Availability can be assessed for the system, given all of the tradeoffs.
