A tie-down strap is described, having a length of fabric having a distal end and a proximal end, wherein a loop is securely formed at the distal end. A first hook having a first eye, is provided, wherein the loop passes through the first eye. A second hook, having a different configuration from the first hook is provided, having a second eye wherein the loop passes through the second eye. The second hook is sized and configured to pass through the first eye of the first hook.

Storage case

A gumball machine which has a transparent support column supporting a partially transparent gumball housing. The support column encloses several individual plates. The plates are spaced apart and arranged in a descending manner. Each of the plates has an opening located thereon so that a gumball can gravitationally descend from one plate to another and eventually ends up in a dispensing aperture for removal by a customer. The plates can also be manually manipulated by an exterior handle for additional customer amusement.

Article dispenser

A portable lamp assembly (10) consisting of a lamp housing (12) that incorporates a quartz halogen lamp (50) and that features an articulated lamp-housing support (20). The support (20) consists of a U-shaped bracket (22) having a horizontal member (22A) and two side members (22B). The side members are swivelly attached to the lower section (12B) of the housing (12). To the bottom surface of the horizontal member (22A) is attached a clevis structure (26) to which is swivelly attached a first end (28A) of a clamp support link (28). The second end (28B) of the support link is rigidly attached to a first handle (30A) of a spring-loaded clamp (30). The clamp (30) functions as a third leg that when positioned vertically and used in combination with a pair of legs (24) that extend from the structure (20), allows the assembly (10) to be stably placed upon a horizontal surface. The use of the clamp support link (30A) also allows the clamp (30) to be positioned within an arcuate plane and attached to various lamp attachment structures.

Portable lamp assembly

An apparatus (10) that combines within a unitary protective tubular structure (12) a retractable, extendable and omni-positionable light assembly (20) that houses a halogen lamp (20I that is controlled by a switch/circuit breaker (22A). The switch is attached to the housing and is connected in series between the lamp (20I) and a lamp power cord (22B,22E) that terminates at the output of a utility-power junction box (32) that includes a pair of auxiliary a-c power outlets (32L). The input to the junction box (32) is a primary power input cord that terminates with a male power input connector (32J). The connector (32J) connects with a female connector (36A) that is attached to one end of an electrical power cord (36) and that is fixedly attached to a power-cord reel (38). The other end of the cord (36) is wound around the power-cord reel (38) and terminates with a male connector (36B) that connects to an a-c power outlet. When the switch/circuit breaker (22A) is placed in the ON position, the lamp (20I) illuminates. The apparatus also features an enclosed, lockable compartment (42) suitable for storing tools, a set of detachable wheel assemblies (44) and a sitting and storage assembly (46).
