A temperature control device for controlling a temperature of an electric device may include at least one fluid channel through which a temperature control fluid may be flowable. The at least one fluid channel may be delimited, at least partially, by at least one volume-variable casing of a flexible material. The temperature control device may further include at least one fastening device. The at least one fastening device may surround a fluid chamber through which the temperature control fluid may be flowable. The at least one casing may be coupled to the at least one fastening device such that the fluid chamber is in fluid communication with the at least one fluid channel.

Temperature control device for controlling the temperature of an electric device

An energy store of a motor vehicle may include at least one battery cell and a fluid channel having a temperature control fluid that may control a temperature of the at least one battery cell. The fluid channel may be defined by a fluid channel arrangement having two walls and a plurality of spacers arranged therebetween. The plurality of spacers may be configured for a needs-based temperature control of the at least one battery cell. The plurality of spacers may be arranged so that a coolant flow is conducted directly to a hot spot of the at least one battery cell. At least one of the two walls may comprise an organic sheet and may be connected, via glue or welding, to the plurality of spacers.

A method for producing a cooling plate may include the steps of: providing a pressing tool including a die and a stamp, wherein the die and the stamp define a negative shaped profile of the cooling plate to be produced; arranging at least one of a fiber woven fabric and a fiber scrim in the die; at least one of applying and introducing a melt of a thermoplastic plastic on the at least one of the fiber woven fabric and the fiber scrim to form an organic sheet; and shaping the organic sheet into a cooling plate shaped part via pressing the stamp onto the organic sheet arranged in the die.

Method for the production of a cooling plate for a cooling device of a battery

A temperature control device for a battery may include a fluid duct being flowable at least one of through and around by a fluid. The fluid duct may be delimited by at least one duct wall composed of an electrically conductive material. An outer side of the duct wall facing away from the fluid may include at least one electrically insulating insulation layer disposed thereon via at least one of a screen printing process and a stencil printing process. The at least one insulation layer may be composed of a plastic material.
