The invention relates to a missile container retaining structure () for a missile launch device of the type comprising a plurality of cells for receiving a missile container () and at least one duct (). The structure is constituted by metal plates () which are pre-cut so as to comprise complementary elements which can be fitted one inside the other, the plates being assembled so that the complementary elements of two adjacent plates are fitted one inside the other.
