This clip in the general shape of a V comprising an intermediate portion () from which two lateral wings () extend, provided with outward tab means () comprising angled spring means () for parting a point of resistance and for holding the clip () on the edges of a hole () in a first part () and with inward tab means () provided with means () for gripping the second part, in order to fix this second part () to the first (), is characterized in that the inward tab means comprise portions () which are bent toward the interior of the clip in the direction of its intermediate portion (), in that the means () for gripping the second part () are situated on these bent portions of the inward tab means, and that the points where the latter are bent () are situated at the level of the angled means () of the outward tab means ().

Spring clip for fixing two parts to each other

A fastening clip device which includes a resiliently deformable U-shaped clip having two legs connected by a base. An arc-shaped tongue originating from one of the legs has a free end which can exit through or co-operate with the edge of an opening. By virtue of this construction, the clip is maintained open before clipping and allowed to close after clipping.

A fastening clip device forming a nut in the form of a resiliently deformable U section adapted to be fitted by its legs onto the edge of a panel, and having a member interposed between the legs so as to hold them positively apart prior to their fitting onto the edge of the panel and being movable relatively to the legs so as to be displaceable therebetween under the action of the panel as the legs are passed over the edge surfaces thereof. At the end of the fitting operation, one of the legs is released to allow the U section to resiliently close onto the edge of the panel.
