A device for storing refrigerant of a refrigeration circuit and a method of operating the device, in particular for an air conditioning system of a motor vehicle. The device has a housing having a volume-enclosing wall with an inlet for introducing a refrigerant-oil mixture, and an outlet, a refrigerant discharge line arranged in the interior of the housing with an inlet opening arranged above a liquid level of the refrigerant for receiving gaseous refrigerant, and a system for returning oil to a compressor having at least one through hole formed below the liquid level of the refrigerant, in particular below a filling level of the oil, in the refrigerant discharge line. In addition, at least one through hole formed in the refrigerant discharge line is formed with an adjustable through-flow cross section, which can be varied by means of a closing apparatus.

A counter flow heat exchanger: has an inner container with radially outwardly projecting helical webs, a cylindrical housing, wherein an inner circumferential surface of the housing and the radially outer edges of the helical webs of the inner container are in contact such that a flow path is developed in which a first heat transfer fluid can flow between the helical webs of the inner container and the inner circumferential surface of the housing; a helical heat exchanger tube extending between the helical webs of the inner container such that a second heat transfer fluid can flow within this heat exchanger tube counter to the direction of flow of the first heat transfer fluid. A method for the production of a counter flow heat exchanger is also provided.

Counter flow heat exchanger

An arrangement for fluid-tight connecting of lines including a first and second connection element. The connection elements are aligned with each other and connected by a fastening mechanism. The arrangement includes an intermediate element between the connection elements and a holding element and a second sealing element. A first sealing element is arranged in the holding element between the sealing surfaces of the connection elements. The holding element has a hollow wall with a first and second edge. The second sealing element is connected to the holding element on the second edge. The intermediate element includes an indentation extending from a first end to a second end formed near the first sealing element. The first end has a conical shape, wherein oppositely arranged side walls of the indentation rest on one another on the outer side of the sealing element.
