A cable management apparatus with a base. A plurality of cable clamping structures are mounted on the base. A plurality of slots are formed between the cable clamping structures. Each slot is sized to allow an internal portion of cables of a plurality of sizes to slide beneath a portion of one of the cable clamping structures. A plurality of adjustment mechanisms are provided, each adjustment mechanism being part of a cable clamping structure. The adjustment mechanisms secure the cables so that a customized amount of gripping force can be applied to cables of different sizes.

A charging stand is provided including a body having a first surface, and a bump having a top region and one or more sides. The one or more sides extend between the first surface and the top region. The charging stand further includes one or more base contact pins that are coupled to the body. Each base contact pin has an exposed end disposed at a first distance in a first direction from the first surface. The charging stand further includes a bump contact pin extending from the top region of the bump. The bump contact pin has an exposed end disposed a second distance in the first direction from the first surface, the second distance is greater than the first distance, and the first direction is perpendicular to the first surface.

Certain embodiments include an injection-molded portable speaker apparatus including a portable speaker housing with an opening formed on the surface, a flexible inverted speaker surround including an inner perimeter and an outer perimeter, where the outer perimeter is coupled to an outer edge of the opening of the housing, and a diaphragm coupled to the inner perimeter of the flexible surround such that the diaphragm is suspended within the opening of the housing, where the flexible surround and diaphragm form a speaker passive, and where the speaker housing and the flexible surround form a continuous unitized body. The injection molding process for the continuous unitized body can be a two-shot process, where the first shot forms the speaker housing, and the second shot forms the flexible surround, which may further over-mold the diaphragm, such that the diaphragm is part of the continuous unitized body.

Unit body housing in a speaker system

An audio speaker is provided including a housing having a first array of housing retaining elements aligned in a first direction and a first sealing surface. Each housing retaining elements has a housing channel region formed therein. The audio speaker further includes a frame element having a speaker assembly mounted thereon and a second array of frame retaining elements aligned in the first direction and a second sealing surface, where the second array of frame retaining elements are positioned to interleave with the first array of housing retaining elements when the second sealing surface is disposed over the first sealing surface. Each frame retaining element has a frame channel region formed therein. The audio speaker further includes a first rod disposed within the housing channel regions of the first array of housing retaining elements and the frame channel regions of the second array of frame retaining elements.
