A transparent display device including a substrate including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area; a touch line on the substrate in the non-transmissive area; a touch bridge line in the non-transmissive area; and a touch contact electrode electrically connected to the touch bridge line; and a touch sensor in the transmissive area and including a touch sensor electrode overlapping with the touch contact electrode. Further, the touch sensor contacts the touch contact electrode so the touch sensor is electrically connected to the touch bridge line.

Transparent display device with touch sensor

A transparent display device with a touch sensor can include a plurality of subpixels disposed in a non-transmission area of a substrate, the plurality of subpixels including a light emitting element with an anode electrode, a light emitting layer, and a cathode electrode; and a touch sensor in a transmission area of the substrate and including a touch sensor electrode. Also, the transparent display device can include an undercut structure for separating the cathode electrode from the touch sensor electrode of the touch sensor, in which the undercut structure is in the transmission area of the substrate and includes a plurality of inorganic layers including an opening area between an edge area of the touch sensor and an edge area of one of the plurality of subpixels; and an organic pattern on an edge area of the plurality of inorganic layers, the organic pattern being spaced apart from the subpixels.

A transparent display device may include a substrate, a transmissive area, a non-transmissive area, and a plurality of subpixels provided in the non-transmissive area, having a light emitting element, which may include an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode. The transparent display device may further include a touch sensor disposed in the transmissive area, including a touch sensor electrode, and a sensing transistor for sensing a voltage of the touch sensor. The cathode electrode of the light emitting element and the touch sensor electrode of the touch sensor may be provided on a same layer and may be separated by a first undercut structure. The cathode electrode may extend to the transmissive area such that the cathode electrode is located in the transmissive area and in the non-transmissive area. The sensing transistor may be disposed to overlap the cathode electrode located in the transmissive area.

A flexible display device of which esthetic appearance is improved by reducing a bezel is disclosed. The flexible display device comprises a substrate including a display area and a non-display area including a bending area; a link line in the non-display area on the substrate; and a bending connection line in the bending area pf the substrate and connected with the link line, and the bending connection line located between a first buffer layer and a second buffer layer of the flexible display device.

Flexible display device

A flexible display device of which esthetic appearance is improved by reducing a bezel is disclosed. The flexible display device comprises a substrate including a display area and a non-display area including a bending area; a link line in the non-display area on the substrate; and a bending connection line in the bending area of the substrate and connected with the link line, and the bending connection line located between a first buffer layer and a second buffer layer of the flexible display device.

A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a substrate including first to fourth subpixels, a first buffer layer positioned on the substrate, the first buffer layer including a silicon nitride layer and a silicon oxide layer, and a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode positioned on the first buffer layer. Each of the first to fourth subpixels includes an emission portion and a non-emission portion. A thickness of the silicon nitride layer in the non-emission portion is greater than a thickness of the silicon nitride layer in the emission portion.

A flexible display device comprises a back plate coupled to a rear surface of a flexible display panel with a bending portion, having an opening portion overlapped with the bending portion; and a buffer member covering inner sides of the back plate, which are provided by the opening portion.
