A transparent display device is provided, which may allow only an area, in which particles occur, to definitely become a dark spot. The transparent display device comprises a plurality of transmissive areas, and a plurality of subpixels disposed between the plurality of transmissive areas. Each of the plurality of subpixels includes a driving transistor including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a light emitting element including a first electrode, a light emitting layer and a second electrode, and a conductive organic layer provided between the driving transistor and the first electrode of the light emitting element to electrically connect the driving transistor with the first electrode. The first electrode includes a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion, and the conductive organic layer is electrically connected to the first electrode portion through a first contact hole and is electrically connected to the second electrode portion through a second contact hole.

Transparent display device

A light emitting display includes a plurality of pixels disposed on a substrate. Each of the plurality of pixels includes: a first unit electrode; a second unit electrode apart from the first unit electrode; a conductive ohmic layer between the first unit electrode and the second unit electrode; a bank on the conductive ohmic layer, the bank covering circumferences of the first unit electrode and the second unit electrode, and exposing a central portion of the first unit electrode and the second unit electrode; an emission layer on the first unit electrode, the second unit electrode and the bank; and a cathode electrode on the emission layer.

The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescence display having ultra-high resolution. The present disclosure, an electroluminescence display according to the present disclosure comprises: a first bank having a first height and a second bank having a second height less than the first height for defining an emission area on a substrate; an anode electrode disposed at the emission area; a light emitting layer disposed on the anode electrode in the emission area; a cathode electrode disposed on the light emitting layer; a first protective layer disposed on the cathode electrode; and a dummy light emitting layer disposed on the second bank. The cathode electrode is disposed on the dummy light emitting layer on the second bank excepting the first bank.

Electroluminescence display including banks with different heights

A display panel in which a bridge portion is included in any one of two signal lines at its intersection area, and a display apparatus using the same. The display panel comprises a substrate, a first signal line along a first direction, a first insulating film covering the first signal line, a second signal line along a second direction different from the first direction, a second insulating film covering the first insulating film, and a first pixel electrode on the second insulating film, wherein the second signal line includes an extension line, a connection line, an overlapping line, and a bridge portion connected to the extension line, the connection line, and the overlapping line through contact holes disposed on the second insulating film.

Display with overlapping conductive lines having a bridge portion

A display device may prevent external moisture from being permeated thereinto. The display device comprises a substrate provided with a display area for displaying an image by a plurality of subpixels, a plurality of first electrodes provided in each of the plurality of subpixels over the substrate, a light emitting layer provided over the plurality of first electrodes, a second electrode provided over the light emitting layer, and a common power line provided between the substrate and the first electrodes, including a contact area to which the second electrode is connected. Each of the plurality of first electrodes is provided with a first opening area in an edge area adjacent to the contact area of the common power line.

The light emitting display panel comprises a substrate, a first signal line along a first direction of the substrate, a first insulating film covering the first signal line, a second insulating film covering the first insulating film, an anode electrode patterned by each pixel, a bank covering ends of the anode electrode, a first light emitting layer on the anode electrode disposed at a first side of the bank, a second light emitting layer on the anode electrode disposed at a second side of the bank, a first cathode electrode on the first light emitting layer, and a second cathode electrode on the second light emitting layer, wherein the first and second cathode electrodes are separated from each other on the upper surface of the bank.

Light emitting display panel and light emitting display apparatus using the same

A display apparatus can include a substrate having a light emitting area, a light emitting device disposed at the light emitting area on the substrate, at least one light exiting area disposed in the light emitting area, a light blocking layer disposed at the light emitting area and overlapping the at least one light exiting area, and a light guide part disposed at the light emitting area and configured to guide light generated in the light emitting device to the at least one light exiting area.
