Semiconductor device and method for fabricating the same

A display apparatus including a display driver. The data driver includes a converter to receive and convert image data in digital form into data voltages in analog form, and to provide the data voltages to output buffers. The output buffers receive and buffer the data voltages based on bias voltages generated as part of a feedback path between a bias voltage control circuit and the output buffers. The data voltages are provided to a display part. Before the data voltages output from the output buffers are provided to the display part, the bias voltage control part receives data voltage from the output buffers to count a slew rate of the data voltage, and varies the voltage level of the bias voltage based on the counted result of the slew rate, thereby providing feedback to the output buffers. Accordingly, differences of the slew rate between the data voltages output from the output buffers may be decreased.

The present invention relates to a method for recovering methane gas by adding a gas mixture containing Nand COgases to natural gas hydrate and reacting them. The method for recovering methane gas from natural gas hydrate of the present invention comprises the step of replacing CHgas in natural gas hydrate with a gas mixture containing Nand COgases by adding the gas mixture to the natural gas hydrate. The method for recovering methane gas of the invention assures a recovery rate of CHgas much higher than prior art method without dissociating natural gas hydrate layer and utilization of flue gas as a gas mixture containing Nand COgases, which makes possible its practical application for the production of natural gas in terms of economy and environmental protection.

Method for recovering methane gas from natural gas hydrate

An integrated circuit device includes a differential amplifier, an output driver and a control circuit. The differential amplifier is responsive to a pair of differential input signals and may include a pull-down current source responsive to a pair of bias signals. The output driver has a pull-up path and pull-down path therein. These paths are joined together at an output node. The output driver has a first input terminal electrically coupled to a first output terminal of the differential amplifier. The control circuit is electrically coupled to the differential amplifier and a second input terminal of the output driver. The control circuit is configured to dispose the pull-down path in a nonconductive state when the output node is being switched low-to-high.
