A display device includes a conductive layer including a first voltage line and a second voltage line extending in a first direction; an interlayer insulating layer on the conductive layer and including a plurality of contact holes that expose parts of the conductive layer; a plurality of first-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and electrically connected to the conductive layer through the plurality of contact holes, a plurality of second-type electrodes on the interlayer insulating layer and extending in the first direction, a plurality of light-emitting elements on pairs of the first-type and the second-type electrodes that are spaced from each other in the second direction; first-type contact electrodes on the first-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements; and second-type contact electrodes on the second-type electrodes and in contact with the light-emitting elements, each of the second-type contact electrodes includes contact electrode extensions on the second-type electrodes.

A display device includes a first voltage line and a second voltage line extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction, a data line disposed between the first voltage line and the second voltage lines and extending in the first direction, a first electrode extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the first voltage line, a second electrode extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the second voltage line, light emitting elements on the first electrode and the second electrode, and a first connection pattern layer spaced apart from the first electrode and the second electrode and electrically connected to the first voltage line, and a second connection pattern layer electrically connected to the data line. Display device and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes a first electrode extending in a first direction, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode in a second direction, light emitting elements that are disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a first connection electrode electrically connected to a first end of the light emitting elements, and a second connection electrode electrically connected to a second end of the light emitting elements. The first connection electrode includes a first main portion disposed on the first electrode and in electrical contact with the light emitting elements, a first bypass portion partially spaced apart from the first main portion, and first connection portions electrically connecting the first main portion to the first bypass portion.

A display device includes subpixels arranged in a first direction and a second direction, where each of the subpixels includes an emission area and a sub area arranged in the first direction therein, electrodes extending in the first direction across the emission area and the sub area, where the electrodes includes a first electrode, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode in the second direction, a third electrode disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a fourth electrode spaced apart from the third electrode in the second direction with the first electrode interposed therebetween, first light emitting elements disposed on the first electrode and the fourth electrode, and second light emitting elements disposed on the second electrode and the third electrode. A length of the third electrode in the first direction is smaller than a length of the first electrode in the first direction.

A display device that includes multiple pixels, each pixel includes a light emitting element, a multiple of transistors, multiple voltage sources and capacitors. The pixel circuit is designed and the pixels are driven so that a driving current going through the light emitting element is independent of a threshold voltage of a driving transistor of the multiple transistors. As a result, luminance variation due to threshold voltage can be minimized, and residual image can be reduced.

Pixel and display device including the same

A display device includes a base layer including a display area and a non-display area; pixels in the display area, each of the pixels including a first electrode and a second electrode in a light emitting area and light emitting elements arranged therebetween; a bank in the display area and surrounding the light emitting area of each of the pixels; a first power line in the display area, a portion of the first power line overlapping the light emitting area of at least one pixel of the pixels; a second power line in the display area and covered by the bank; a first line in the non-display area and connected to the first power line; a second line in the non-display area and connected to the second power line; and a third line in the non-display area and separated from the pixels and the first and second power lines.

A pixel includes a first pattern and a second pattern spaced apart from each other in a light emitting area; a light emitting element between the first pattern and the second pattern; a first electrode electrically connected to a first end portion of the light emitting element; a second electrode electrically connected to a second end portion of the light emitting element; and a bank in a non-light emitting area. The first electrode and the second electrode extend from the light emitting area through the non-light emitting area to a separating area. A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area, a plurality of pixels being located in the display area, a driver located in the non-display area, a data line electrically connected to the driver to transmit a data signal to each of the plurality of pixels, a first driving voltage line and a second driving voltage line in the non-display area, and an antistatic portion in the non-display area and connected between the data line and the first driving voltage line. A pixel includes a first transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to a first power line, a second electrode, and a gate electrode connected to a first node, a light emitting element including a first electrode, and a second electrode electrically connected to a second power line, a second transistor connected between a data line and a second node, and including a gate electrode electrically connected to a first scan line, a third transistor connected between the second node and the first electrode of the light emitting element, and including a gate electrode electrically connected to a second scan line, a first capacitor connected between the first power line and the first node, and a second capacitor connected between the first node and the second node.

Pixel capable of compensating for threshold voltage of driving transistor and display device including the same

A display device includes a pixel component including scan lines, data lines, and pixels electrically connected to the scan lines and the data lines, and defining pixel columns and pixel rows, a data driver disposed on a side of the pixel component, and a scan driver disposed on the side of the pixel component. The pixel component includes sub-scan lines, and dummy lines. Each scan line may be electrically connected to the sub-scan lines by contacts. The contacts are divided into contact groups having a same arrangement. The pixel component is divided into pixel blocks corresponding to the contact groups. Each pixel block includes first and second area divided by contact group. The first area is closer to the scan driver than the second area. The pixel component further includes supplementary power lines spaced apart from the respective sub-scan lines.

Display device with single side driving structure

A display device includes a first electrode and a second electrode extending in a first direction and spaced apart from each other in a second direction, a first insulating layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a bank layer disposed on the first insulating layer and comprising an outer bank part extending in the first direction and the second direction and inner bank parts extending in the first direction in an area surrounded by the outer bank part, a second insulating layer disposed on the inner bank parts and the first insulating layer, and light emitting elements disposed on the second insulating layer between the inner bank parts, wherein each of the inner bank parts is connected to a part of the outer bank part extending in the second direction.

A display device includes: a base layer; a pixel circuit layer on the base layer, the pixel circuit layer including lower lines, the pixel circuit layer having a line-free area in which the lower lines are not present; and a light-emitting-element layer on the pixel circuit layer, the light-emitting-element layer including electrodes and a light emitting element on the electrodes, the light-emitting-element layer having an electrode-free area in which the electrodes are not present.
