A structure of preventing door opening in vehicle collision may include a handle housing including a housing stopper, a door handle rotatably mounted around a door handle rotation axis on the handle housing, and of which a rotation contact end portion formed at one end portion thereof, and a blocking lever assembly including a blocking lever rotatably coupled to the handle housing and having an inertia portion formed on a portion of the blocking lever, and an assist lever selectively protruded from the blocking lever, wherein, when the blocking lever assembly is rotated by an external impact applied to the blocking lever assembly, the assist lever protrudes out of the blocking lever to be caught by the housing stopper and positioned in a movement path of the rotation contact end portion.

Structure to prevent door opening in vehicle collision

A vehicle door handle assembly may include a handle housing disposed inside a door panel; a slider slidably mounted in the handle housing to be movable between a first position and a second position of the handle housing; a handle member pivotally connected to the slider through a connecting arm, and configured of being movable between a rest position and an actuating position with respect to the door panel; and an inertia locking mechanism including a blocking lever pivotally mounted to the handle housing, and a weight mounted on the blocking lever, wherein the inertia locking mechanism may prevent the handle member from moving to the actuating position by an unwanted force caused by the collision/impact of the vehicle.

Vehicle door handle assembly

A retractable outside door handle assembly may include a handle unit including a pushing portion and an outside door handle mounted selectively protruded outwardly to a handle housing, an actuator including a drive motor, a worm connected to the drive motor, a worm wheel engaging with the worm, and an operation rod that moves according to rotation of the worm wheel to push the pushing portion, and a door latch lever that is rotatably mounted on the handle housing and rotates during operation of the outside door handle protruded by operation of the actuator.

Retractable outside door handle assembly

An apparatus adjusts a parting line of a panoramic sunroof comprising a moving glass and a rail. The apparatus includes a fixing bracket, a moving bracket, and a slide structure. The fixing bracket is disposed on a side surface of a rear end of the moving glass to be tiltable and movable in a straight line. The moving bracket is disposed on a curved path of the rail to be movable along a curved trajectory. The slide structure is connected between the fixing bracket and the moving bracket to enable curved movement by allowing the moving bracket to spread from the fixing bracket when the fixing bracket moves in a straight line.

A door handle structure found on the outside of a vehicle may include a door handle including a handle base member installed to the inside of a door panel and a handle grip member coupled to the outside of the door panel, wherein a portion of the handle grip member is pivotally coupled to the handle base member, and a lighting device installed to the door panel, having at least a light emitting diode (LED) lamp which is installed at the handle base member and configured to emit a light source through a recess formed on the door panel, and a band member configured to receive the light source through the recess from the LED lamp and emit the light source towards the outside of the vehicle.
