Disclosed is a rotating discharge type cosmetic container including: an outer case formed therein with a first fixed connection portion; a rotation operating member rotatably coupled to an inside of the outer case and formed therein with a first rotation connecting portion; an inner case detachably coupled to the rotation operating member to accommodate cosmetic contents therein; a rotating member rotatably coupled to the inner case, formed therein with a second rotation connecting portion, and having one surface formed with a discharge port; an operating member connected to the rotation operating member and rotated together with the rotation operating member; a lifting member screw-coupled with the operating member, moved in a straight line within the inner case, and formed therein with a second fixed connection portion; and a piston for moving the cosmetic contents while being moved up and down together with the lifting member.

The present disclosure relates to a composition for preventing or treating fibrosis including an inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 17 (CDK17) expression or activity. According to the present disclosure, the inhibitor of CDK17 expression or activity significantly reduces collagen production and cell activity and viability in activated hepatic stellate cells (liver fibrosis cell model), renal tubular epithelial cells (renal fibrosis cell model) in which fibrosis is induced by TGF-β treatment, and alveolar epithelial cells (lung fibrosis cell model) in which fibrosis is induced by TGF-β treatment, indicating that the composition of the present disclosure has an excellent effect in preventing or treating fibrosis.

The present invention relates to a composition or cell therapeutic agent for preventing or treating liver fibrosis, containing an exosome or exosome-derived ribonucleic acid. The exosome or ribonucleic acid derived therefrom, of the present invention, has effects of inhibiting activities of hepatic stellate cells and Kupffer cells and reducing the expression of &#x3b1;-SMA and inhibits the progression of liver fibrosis by inhibiting the deposition of collagen, thereby being effectively usable as a cell therapeutic agent for the prevention or treatment of liver fibrosis.
