Disclosure is an underbody for a vehicle. The underbody includes side members formed long at opposite lateral portions of a vehicle body in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and hollow cross members formed long in a transverse direction of the vehicle body, and integrally connected to the two side members.

Underbody for vehicle

A vehicle body includes: a roof side member including a hollow pipe member and a flange. In particular, a vehicle-frame-side inner end portion of the flange is fixed to a roof rail, and a lower end portion of the flange extends downward from the pipe member and is fixed to a pillar member. The vehicle body further includes an outer panel combined with the outside of the roof side member and forming a load path between the roof side member and the pillar member by coupling a lower end portion of the roof side member and an upper end portion of the pillar member to each other.

Vehicle body

A vehicle chassis includes a pair of rear side members disposed on a rear floor of a vehicle so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle while being spaced apart in a transverse direction of the vehicle. The pair of rear side members is manufactured in a casting process A cross member is configured to extend in the transverse direction of the vehicle and is manufactured in an extrusion process. The cross member is inserted into a mold when the rear side members are cast such that both ends of the cross member are connected to the rear side members disposed on both sides, respectively.

Vehicle chassis

A panel assembly for a mobility vehicle is introduced, in which when the external plate is joined to the vehicle body frame, a bent portion is accommodated on and joined to the vehicle body frame, and a fixed state is maintained by a fastening method or a fitting method when the external plate is joined to the vehicle body frame so that a robust fixed state is maintained. Even though the specifications of a vehicle body frame are changed, some of a plurality of parts, which forms an external plate, may be changed and applied to the changed vehicle body frame, which makes it possible to flexibly cope with the specifications of various mobility vehicles.

A vehicle body structure includes a roof side assembly connecting upper end portions of all pillars of a vehicle body along a front and rear direction of the vehicle body and forming an A-pillar itself; a plurality of brackets for fixing the roof side assembly to a lower vehicle body; and an external garnish coupled to an external side of the roof side assembly.

A vehicle body structure includes: a roof side assembly connecting upper ends of pillars of a vehicle body along the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body, the roof side assembly constituting an A-pillar of the vehicle body; and an outer garnish coupled to the outside of the roof side assembly, wherein the roof side assembly includes: a pipe having a closed cross-section shape and elongated in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body so as to form a closed section; an upper reinforcement member coupled to the upper side of the pipe and elongated in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body; a lower reinforcement member coupled to the lower side of the pipe and elongated in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body; and an inner reinforcement member coupled to the vehicle body inner side of the pipe and elongated in the forward/backward direction of the vehicle body.

A body of a mobility includes: a base part disposed outside a cabin room and extending in a longitudinal direction of the body, and including a first coupling surface; a fixed part extending in the longitudinal direction and coupled to the base part, and including a second coupling surface matching with the first coupling surface, the fixed part having an insertion hole being open toward one side thereof and extending in the longitudinal direction; and a pillar member having a first end inserted into the insertion hole of the fixed part to be coupled to the fixed part and a second end extended and being curved.

Body of mobility

A body for a vehicle includes a base part extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and including a flange portion being open outward of the vehicle, a tubular part accommodated on and coupled to the flange portion of the base part and shaped in a pipe with a closed section, and an external garnish coupled to the base part or the tubular part to cover an external portion of the tubular part.

Body for vehicle

An embodiment vehicle body includes a side sill coupled to a side of a vehicle floor and extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle body, a coupling member coupled to a top of the side sill and having a coupling groove penetrating in an up-down direction, and a pillar member extending in the up-down direction such that an upper end portion is connected to a roof and a lower end portion is inserted into the coupling groove and coupled to the coupling member.

An embodiment vehicle body includes a tubular part extended in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle and having a hollow shape, a base part in which the tubular part is inserted, the base part integrally connecting an A pillar to a side portion of a roof, and an outer garnish shaped to be extended in the longitudinal direction along the base part and coupled to the base part to cover the base part.

An embodiment vehicle body includes a pillar member including an upper fastening portion at an upper end and a lower fastening portion at a lower end, a roof side coupling portion provided in a roof member extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, wherein the roof side coupling portion is configured to be coupled to the upper fastening portion by insertion coupling, and a side sill side coupling portion provided in a side sill member extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, wherein the side sill side coupling portion is configured to be coupled to the lower fastening portion by insertion coupling.

A mounting system for connecting an upper body structure of a motor vehicle to a vehicle platform of the motor vehicle includes a hollow pillar element arranged lengthwise along a vertical vehicle axis; a fastening bracket laterally embracing a lower end portion of the hollow pillar element and including fastening interfaces for affixing the fastening bracket to the hollow pillar element at the lower end; a hollow clip-on connector arranged laterally along a longitudinal vehicle axis, the hollow clip-on connector defining a mounting platform including a horizontal resting surface for the hollow pillar element to be arranged thereupon at its lower end portion together with the fastening bracket and a vertical mating surface for abutting a corresponding mating surface of the fastening bracket; and a hollow side sill element arranged lengthwise along the longitudinal vehicle axis.

A connecting assembly for releasably connecting first and second parts includes a first connector including a frame part that has a receiving opening, at least one first snap fit structure integrally formed with the frame part and extending in the receiving opening, and a first coupling interface for coupling the first connector to the first part, and a second connector including a plug-in part that has an outer shape corresponding to the receiving opening of the frame part so that the plug-in part can be introduced into the receiving opening, at least one second snap fit structure integrally formed with the plug-in part on an inner surface of the plug-in part, the second snap fit structure being configured to releasably engage with the first snap fit structure, and a second coupling interface for coupling the second connector to the second part.
