Methods and apparatuses are described in which unstructured computer text is analyzed for generation of an enforcement action database. A computing device receives a digital document comprising a corpus of unstructured text and converts each sentence into tokens. The computing device identifies entities in the tokens and classifies each sentence as relevant or not relevant to an enforcement action. For each relevant sentence, the computing device generates a record in a first data structure and generates a record in a second data structure. The computing device maps the records in the first data structure to the records in the second data structure based upon an enforcement attribute to generate a third data structure. The computing device aggregates the records in the third data structure based upon a name of the entity and a type of the entity in the sentence to determine an aggregated first enforcement attribute for each entity.

Automated analysis of unstructured computer text for generation of an enforcement action database using machine learning

The Point-to-Point Transaction Guidance Apparatuses, Methods and Systems ('SOCOACT') transforms smart contract request, crypto currency deposit request, crypto collateral deposit request, crypto currency transfer request, crypto collateral transfer request inputs via SOCOACT components into transaction confirmation outputs. Also, SOCOACT transforms virtual wallet address inputs via SOCOACT (e.g., P2PTG) components into transaction confirmation outputs. In one embodiment, the P2PTG includes a point-to-point payment guidance apparatus, comprising, a memory and processor disposed in communication with the memory, and configured to issue a plurality of processing instructions from the component collection stored in the memory, to: obtain a target wallet identifier registration at a beacon. The SOCOACT then may register the target wallet identifier with the beacon and obtain a unique wallet identifier from a migrant wallet source associated with a user at the beacon. The SOCOACT may then obtain a target transaction request at the beacon from the migrant wallet source and commit the target transaction request for the amount specified in the target transaction request to a distributed block chain database configured to propagate the target transaction request across a distributed block chain database network for payment targeted to the target wallet identifier registered at the beacon.

Point-to-point transaction guidance apparatuses, methods and systems

Methods and apparatuses are described for secure video conferencing. A server computing device receives a request to establish a video conference for a sensitive transaction from a first device associated with a user. The server authenticates the first device. The server establishes a conference between the first device and a second device of a second party to the sensitive transaction. The server transmits video images associated with cameras coupled to the first device to the second device, the images comprising a view of the user and an area surrounding the user. The server determines whether persons other than the user are present in the area surrounding the user. The server transmits an alert to the second device if persons other than the user are present, where the alert includes a prompt on the second device for the second party to confirm with the user whether the other persons are authorized.

Secure video conferencing to conduct sensitive transactions

Described herein are methods, systems, and computer program products for seamless interoperability between multiple computing nodes. A server computing device receives, from a first computing node in a plurality of computing nodes, a message for transmission to one or more other computing nodes, the message generated by the first computing node based upon application-specific instructions from a first application on the first computing node, where the plurality of computing nodes is defined as a virtual network at the server computing device and each computing node includes an ensemble module for communicating with the server. The server determines one or more other computing nodes in the virtual network to receive the message. The server transmits the message to the determined one or more other computing nodes, where each of the destination computing nodes formats the message into application-specific instructions for a second application on the determined node.

Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are described for authentication using a video signature. A computing device receives a request to access a secure resource, and the request includes a first video segment comprising a plurality of visual and audio elements. The computing device analyzes one or more of the plurality of visual and audio elements in the first video segment to determine a value associated with each of the one or more analyzed elements. The computing device calculates a total score for the first video segment based upon the value associated with each of the one or more analyzed elements. The computing device compares the total score for the first video segment to a score associated with a second video segment associated with the computing device. The computing device determines whether access to the secure resource is permitted based upon the comparison step.

Authentication using a video signature

Methods and apparatuses, including computer program products, are described for secure video conferencing to conduct financial transactions. A server computing device receives a request to establish a video conference from a first client device associated with a user of the first client device. The server computing device authenticates the first client device using credential information. The server computing device establishes a video conference between the first client device and a second client device associated with a customer representative of a financial institution. The server computing device transmits video images associated with one or more cameras coupled to the first client device to the second client device, the video images comprising a view of the user and an area surrounding the user. The server computing device determines whether any persons other than the user are present in the area surrounding the user.

A computer-implemented method is provided for developing a model to estimate a probability of project success. The method includes maintaining a database of historical project management performance data including i) task information associated with at least one completed task and ii) member information associated with at least one team member. The method includes forming a predictive model based on the historical project management performance data. Forming a predictive model further includes formulating probability distributions to characterize one or more dependency relationships in the predictive model. Each probability distribution includes at least one probability determined based on the historical project management performance data.
