An adjustment device includes a housing in which a rotary element is rotatably mounted about a rotational axis, a locking device having a first locking element, connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotary element, and a second locking element arranged on the housing and which can be reversibly moved between a primary position in a locked situation, in which the locking elements have a form- and/or force-locking connection, and a secondary position without the connection. An adapter plate is rotates relative to the rotary element and the housing. An unlocking element cooperates with the adapter plate in an actuator region when the second locking element is transferred into the secondary position. The second locking element is shifted by an unlocking height in the unlocking region, and by a lifting height in the actuator region. The actuator region is arranged with the lifting height smaller than the unlocking height.

The present invention proposes an adjuster device () having a fixed element (), an adjustable element () and a first locking device, wherein the adjustable element is mounted rotatably around a central axis () relative to the fixed element and the adjustable element can be locked relative to the fixed element by the first locking device, wherein the adjuster device comprises a second locking device as a security device, wherein the second locking device comprises an adapter plate () and a locking element (), wherein the locking element is non-rotatably arranged on the fixed element and the adapter plate is arranged rotatably around the central axis, wherein in the locking position a disengaging movement of the non-rotatable locking element along an axis running parallel to the central axis is prevented by the adapter plate, wherein the adjustable element can be driven by the adapter plate and wherein the adapter plate and the adjustable element are configured in such a manner that, during the transition from a locking position into a non-locking position, the adapter plate releases the path of the locking element for the disengaging movement and the adjustable element can be driven in such a manner that the rotation of the adjustable element causes the disengaging movement, wherein the adjustable element can be rotated relative to the fixed element before the disengaging movement is released for the locking element.

The present invention relates to an adjusting drive (), in particular a height-adjusting drive, for a vehicle seat and having a drive part () that is connected to a lever and having an output part () that is connected to an adjuster, for example the height adjuster, for the vehicle seat, an actuator () being arranged between the drive part and the output part. The actuator is rotatably driven by the drive part () and, in turn, rotatably drives the output part ().

An adjusting device () for a motor vehicle interior component includes a housing () in which a rotational element () is provided in a rotatable manner about a rotation axis (). A first locking element () is rotationally fixed to the rotational element (), and a second locking element () is provided on the housing (). The locking elements are reversibly movable relative to each other from a locked situation, in which the locking elements () interact with each other in a positively and/or non-positively engaged manner, into an adjustment situation, in which said positive and/or non-positive engagement is released. The adjusting device has an adapter plate () which is provided in a rotatable manner relative to the rotational element () and the housing () and at least temporarily drives a locking element ().
