An axial piston machine for at least one of a pump and a motor operation includes a housing, connection plate, piston drum, and working piston. The connection plate is connected to the housing. The piston drum is arranged on a rotatable drive shaft in the housing interior and defines at least one cylinder bore. The working piston is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable manner in the cylinder bore. The cylinder bore delimits a cylinder space having a changeable volume. The cylinder space is configured to connect to at least one pre-compression space via at least one hydraulic connection. The at least one pre-compression space is defined by a cavity within the connection plate. The cavity is defined by the connection plate and a closing element. The closing element is arranged between the connection plate and the housing interior.

Axial Piston Machine

The invention relates to a high-pressure injection system, in particular for auto-igniting internal combustion engines, with at least one high pressure pump and a high pressure reservoir, through which at least one fuel injector is supplied with a fuel under pressure. The high-pressure injection system comprises at least one pressure booster unit which has at least two pressure boosters, each with a high pressure piston which can be driven independently of the other.

The pressure booster piston is disposed within a hydraulic reservoir chamber, onto which pressure is applied, together with the first pressure booster piston part having the greater diameter, wherein the accumulator chamber in turn is configured within a base body. The base body has a piston guide body for at least one of the pressure booster piston parts. The piston guide body is at least partially surrounded by an annular space, which is part of the hydraulic accumulator chamber.

Pressure boosting system for at least one fuel injector

A fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine includes a housing and a valve element which is arranged in the housing. The valve element interacts, in the region of a fuel outlet opening, with a valve seat. The valve element is embodied by at least one first part and at least one second part which are coupled to one another by means of a hydraulic coupler. The hydraulic coupler has a coupling chamber which is delimited at least partially by a sleeve which is guided on the first part of the valve element. Additionally a guide element guides an end region of the first part of the valve element, which end region being oriented toward the second part of the valve element.

Fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine using direct fuel injection

The invention relates to a pressure booster arrangement for high-pressure injection systems or high-pressure injection system parts of internal combustion engines. A differential piston which operates with a large cross section in a medium-pressure reservoir and with partial cross sections is operative in terms of positive displacement in associated control and work pressure chambers that are separate from the medium-pressure reservoir and that are disposed in a guide body. The guide body guides the differential piston in its strokes and in turn axially adjoins a valve body. The valve body receives control and check valves for controlling communicating lines of the guide body and of the valve body for controllably connecting the control and work chambers to the medium-pressure reservoir or to a relatively pressureless fluid reservoir. It is essential to the invention that the valve body and the guide body separate from it, which at least on its end remote from the valve body is acted upon by the pressure in the medium-pressure reservoir, adjoin one another axially with end faces facing toward one another. Between these end faces, a spacer chamber or hollow chamber communicating with the relatively pressureless reservoir is embodied.
