A computer manages methods for determining accurate document transformation by rendering the source document into a non-rasterized format, where the non-rasterized format is a rendered source document. The computer rendering the target document into a non-rasterized format, where the non-rasterized format is a rendered target document. The computer comparing one or more aspects of the rendered source document to corresponding one or more aspects of the rendered target document. The computer determining, based, at least in part, on the compared one or more aspects, whether or not the source document was accurately transformed to the target document.

Verification of transformed content

The present invention relates to electronic mail. In particular, it relates to a method and system for processing electronic mail, wherein mails are stored in a space efficient way by removing redundancy from the content. Prior art is known for doing a limited version of this on a mail client. In order to provide a method and system which is adequate for server operation it is proposed to perform the steps of: splitting the content of an incoming e-mail into elementary mail segments by parsing and optionally normalizing the e-mail body based on a regular grammar with transduction rules; computing a unique ID for each elementary mail segment; storing the normalized or original form of an elementary mail segment together with a link to its respective parent elementary mail segment in a table in a way retrievable by said unique ID; and reconstructing an original e-mail from a concatenation of a respective sequence of said elementary mail segments wherein the unique ID for each elementary mail segment is used as a key for accessing said table and retrieving the respective elementary mail segment.

Space-efficient mail storing and archiving based on communication structure

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for accessing protected content includes a first computing device with at least one processor. The system determines one or more users associated with information required to access content of a protected document based on a set of rules. A request is generated and sent to at least one second computing device associated with the one or more determined users to retrieve and utilize the required information to access the content of the protected document. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and computer program product for accessing protected content in substantially the same manner described above.

Accessing protected content for archiving

A method, a computer program product and a system are provided for archiving emails, where the email system includes at least one user mailbox configured to receive and store emails within the user mailbox and send emails from the user mailbox. User-specific metadata corresponding with emails received and sent by each user mailbox is collected. The collected user-specific metadata is analyzed to provide a predictive indication when and which emails will be archived for each user mailbox, and emails are archived for user mailboxes based upon the predictive indication for each user mailbox.

Next the method determines a fifth value which corresponds to the number of threads necessary to achieve the optimal system utilization value received from the end user. Finally, the method sends the fifth value to all running applications.
