A pelletizing apparatus includes a filter device connected with a melt feed, a granulator downstream of the filter device, particularly an underwater granulator, a water treatment device, and a control means for controlling the filter device, underwater granulator, and water treatment device and adapted to provide at least one control parameter. The apparatus includes at least one machine-readable and -writable identification means for storing and providing an item of component-specific information and being associated with a component in the flow path of the melt or the process water, and a reading device communicating with the control means to receive the component-specific information from the identification means, and a writing device to write the identification means with the component-specific information, the control means to adapt the control parameter based on the component-specific information to provide the component-specific information, and, based on the component-specific information, to execute a diagnostic process.

A die plate changing system holds first and second die plates and selectively transitions the first and second die plates into and out of communication with a material source. The die plate changing system has a frame having a body defining a first recess that receives the first die plate and a second recess that receives the second die plate, where the frame is heats the first and second die plates when the first and second die plates are disposed in the first and second recesses, respectively. The die plate changing system also includes a movement assembly operably coupled to the frame and that selectively moves the frame between a first position, where the first die plate receives material from the material source, and a second position, where the second die plate receives the material from the material source.

A cutter head for an underwater granulating installation has a rotor body having a plurality of cutter-retaining arms. Each of the plurality of cutter-retaining arms adjoins the outer circumference, and one cutter element is fastened on each of the plurality of cutter-retaining arms, where the rotor body in the region of each cutter-retaining arm includes at least one receptacle recess configured to receive a fastening element. The cutter element is integrally configured to have a basic body and at least one blade body. The basic body is positioned on a lower bearing face of the rotor body, and the lower bearing face extends up to at least one of the plurality of cutter-retaining arms. The at least one of the plurality of cutter-retaining arms on an upper side is overlapped by the cutter element, and the blade body includes at least one cutting edge molded thereon.

Milling head for an underwater granulating installation

A device for generating a massage stream in a sanitary tub has an accommodation device that can be attached to an opening in the tub body of the sanitary tub, for accommodating an electric motor having a drive shaft, a propeller having a hub attached to the drive shaft and vanes arranged radially about the hub. There is a rosette arranged on the accommodation device, positioned within the sanitary tub, having edge-side inflow openings, as well as a central outlet opening. The propeller draws water located in the sanitary tub in through the inflow openings, and subsequently transports it back into the sanitary tub, through a guide element arranged in the outlet opening, which can be pivoted relative to the hub axis. The guide element is configured as a guide vane ring and has a ring-shaped bearing shell at the outer end of the guide vanes. The shell moves between a glide surface of the accommodation device that is configured as a sphere surface segment, and a concave contact surface of the rosette.
