The invention relates to a liquid supply interface ('&#x2033;) for a cell culture system for supplying cell cultures found in different cell culture containers (&#x2033;) with a nutrient medium, wherein the liquid supply interface (&#x2032;&#x2033;) comprises: a housing () defining a flow area (); a first connection formation () for the liquid-transferring connection of a first fluid line () to the housing (); a second connection formation () formed separately from the first for the liquid-transferring connection of a second fluid line () to the housing (); a third connection formation () formed separately from the first two for the liquid-transferring connection of the housing () to a third fluid line; a coupling formation () formed separately from the connection formations (), which is formed for the producible and detachable liquid-transferring coupling contact according to the operation, with a corresponding counter-coupling formation () of a cell culture container (&#x2033;).

A solenoid valve unit is described for shutting off or enabling a throughflow of a medium along a hollow duct, which flows under application of pressure along the hollow duct, having at least one first magnet unit which is fixedly arranged along the hollow duct, which is implemented in the form of a hollow cylinder and is arranged in an axial section along the hollow duct in such a way that the first magnet unit radially completely surrounds the hollow duct and has a flow opening, which is circular in cross-section, on its downstream end, as well as a second magnet unit, which is mounted so it is movable to the first unit and is implemented as a ball, whose ball diameter is greater than the flow opening diameter of the first magnet unit and which, on account of an attractive magnetic force prevailing between both magnet units, can be brought into indirect or direct contact with the first magnet unit and seals the hollow duct in a fluid-tight manner, while the medium loads the first magnet unit under application of pressure opposite to the action direction of the magnetic force. A contour surface, which is angled in relation to a plane defined by the flow opening and surrounds the flow opening, and along which the spherical second magnet unit can be deflected axially and radially relative to the flow opening, indirectly or directly adjoins the flow opening, which is circular in cross-section.

A valve unit is disclosed for the interruption or release of a pressurized flow of a medium along a hollow duct, which flows along the hollow duct, as well as a preferred use of the valve unit in a dosing system and a method for the metered discharge of a medium from a cartridge-needle configuration, with a cartridge connected to the needle configuration via at least one hollow duct with an open cartridge end, to which a pressurizing means is applied, which is capable of driving the medium provided inside the cartridge in the direction of the needle configuration for discharge by applying pressure. The invention has at least in a section along the hollow duct in which at least one first magnet unit is mounted to be axially movable longitudinally along the flow direction of the medium through the hollow duct, for generating a first magnetic field, a second magnet unit providing second magnetic field interacting with the first magnetic field in such a way that a magnetic force which mutually attracts the magnet units axially acts between the first and the second magnet units, and a mechanical stop along the hollow duct, against which the first magnet unit is drivable using a retention force which may be generated by the magnetic force.
