The invention relates to a hand-held microneedling device () for local puncturing of a skin, comprising a housing (); a drive device which is arranged in the housing () and is configured to provide a drive force; a skin puncturing device (); a microneedling puncturing tool () which is formed on the skin puncturing device () and is connected to the drive device such that, during operation, the microneedling puncturing tool () can be moved back and forth at a repetition rate by means of the drive force; and a needle plate () which is formed on the microneedling puncturing tool () and on which a plurality of puncturing needles () are arranged distributed over a front-side application surface (); wherein, during operation, the microneedling puncturing tool () can be moved back and forth, between a front working position and a rear working position which is retracted in comparison thereto, by means of the drive force at the repetition rate. Metered dispensing of a microfluidic amount of fluid from a reservoir comprises a pressure device which applies a discharge pressure for fluid ejection via a discharge line through a valve arrangement. The valve device has a first valve with a minimum closing time and a second valve with a minimum opening time. A control device provides control signals for operation for metered dispensing of the amount of fluid as follows: a shortened minimum opening time for freeing the discharge line for the fluid flow, which time is shorter than the minimum opening time of the second valve; and a shortened minimum closing time for closing the discharge line for the fluid flow, which time is shorter than the minimum closing time of the first valve. A hand-held device for piercing a human or animal skin, comprises a housing, a drive device, which is arranged in the housing and is suitable for repeatedly providing a feed motion. The device also comprises a piercing device, which is formed in the housing with a needle and is coupled directly or, via a coupling device, indirectly to the drive device in such a way that the feed motion provided by the drive device can be introduced onto the piercing device. There is a housing opening, relative to which the needle moves forwards and backwards during operation, and a piercing depth adjuster, which is coupled to the piercing device in such a way that the piercing depth adjuster is displaceable relative to the tip of the needle and is entrained with the needle as the needle moves forwards/backwards during operation.

A device for repeated piercing of an organic tissue and method thereof are disclosed. The device may comprise an arrangement of application tools each of which is connected to an operating mechanism and has a distal tool end which is formed for at least one application tool with a penetration device, whereby by way of the operating mechanism the tools can be displaced relative to each other between an initial position and a penetration position. During the relative movement, the effect direction of an application force provided by at least one application tool is counter to the effect direction of the application force provided by the other application tool. A mechanical actuation device, which is connected to the operating mechanism, is suitable for repeatedly effecting the relative displacement of the at least one application tool between the initial position and the penetration with an operating frequency.

A handheld device for repeated local puncture of human or animal skin, comprising a housing having a handle, a drive device in the housing supplied with a rotating movement about an axis of rotation by a driveshaft, a conversion mechanism coupled to the driveshaft to convert rotating movement into a driving movement along a driving movement direction, and a puncture device which is arranged in the housing and as a puncture needle, which is arranged on a needle shaft that can be moved back and forth repeatedly along a path of movement together with the puncture needle and is connected to the conversion mechanism, wherein the conversion mechanism has a rod crank device, and the stroke executed by the puncture element in moving back and forth is adjustable by altering a relative position between an axial direction of the axis of rotation and the direction of the driving movement.
