The invention relates to a plug connector, in particular a direct plug connector, for contacting contact openings of a circuit board, the plug connector including a contact carrier which can include coding devices, in particular coding pins and a polarity reversal safety, in particular configured as polarity protrusions; conductor insertion channels formed by the contact carrier and configured to receive connection conductors, and contact recesses configured to receive plug contacts; a primary safety that supports the contact carrier at the circuit board and that is in particular configured as interlocking elements, characterized in that, the contact carrier is provided with a secondary safety which fixes the contact carrier at the circuit board in addition to the primary safety and which is operable independently from the primary safety.

The invention relates to a plug connector, in particular a direct plug connector, for contacting contact openings of a circuit board, the plug connector including a contact carrier which can include coding devices, in particular coding pins and a polarity reversal safety, in particular configured as polarity protrusions; conductor insertion channels formed by the contact carrier and configured to receive connection conductors, and contact recesses configured to receive plug contacts; a primary safety that supports the contact carrier at the circuit board and that is in particular configured as interlocking elements, characterized in that the primary safety includes at least two interlocking arms that are arranged in pairs adjacent to each other wherein interlocking devices of the interlocking arms have different interlocking geometries.

The invention relates to an insertion contact for arrangement at a contact support including an opposite contact, the insertion contact including a contact arm which contacts a first contact surface of an opposite contact in an electrically conductive manner which opposite contact is arranged on a top side of a contact support; a support arm which contacts a bottom side of the contact support; and a connection arm which arranges the contact arm at the support arm, wherein the contact arm and/or the support arm is deflectable in a spring elastic manner, wherein the insertion contact includes a connection member for connecting a conductor, wherein the insertion contact is configured as a stamped component. It is an object of the invention to provide insertion contacts which facilitate reducing grid pitches of plug connectors, in particular according to Rast 2.5 standard, while maintaining predetermined technical specifications.

Insertion contact for arrangement at a contact support

A plug connector comprising a first contact support, in which contacts are disposed, which enter an electrical connection with mating contacts of a second contact support, when the contact supports are joined. The first contact support comprises first coding device, which interacts with a second coding device of the second contact support and assures a defined joining of the contact supports in order to connect the contacts and the mating contacts.

The invention relates to a plug connector () with a plug () which has a handle element () which has at least one snap-in unit () and one contact support () oriented in the plug-in direction (X), and with a bushing () whose handle element () forms a contact support holder () and an opposing snap-in means () corresponding to the snap-in means, said opposing snap-in means cooperates with the snap-in means to secure the plug and the bushing in the connected state, wherein the contact support () and the contact carrier holder () form mutually corresponding positioning means () which allow insertion of the plug into the bushing only with the snap-in means facing the opposing snap-in means. The problem of the invention is to create a plug connector which improves in particular the blind insertion of plug and bushing and thus improves the ease of assembly. This problem is solved by a plug connector with the characterizing features, such that one of the positioning means of the plug or bushing has a guide section () which cooperates with an opposing guide section () of the bushing or plug, so that during the plugging process, both plug and bushing are forced to move relatively toward each other to attain the corresponding position of the positioning means ().
