An eye gaze training device is disclosed, including associated methods to record an impact and to provide a cue or feedback with a proper delay between action and instinctual eye tracking, improve hand-eye coordination, and thereby to improve one's performance in a sport, athletic event, or the like. This training device and associated methods provides for detection, recording, classification, translation, transmission, and learning, all associated with teaching and learning the proper way of striking an object with another object with proper hand-eye coordination. In various embodiments associated systems and methods of the eye gaze training device are included. In at least one embodiment, the eye gaze training device includes a microcontroller, impact sensor, power source, feedbacks, alert device, control settings and switches, accelerometers, position detectors, any one or more of which may be used in an eye gaze training device, as well as additional devices such as headbands, waist devices, leg devices.

Eye gaze training device and method

Devices, methods, and assemblies for perfusion therapy including cerebral perfusion therapy such as those for use in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. The treatment includes delivery of blood to or about the vicinity of a thrombus site.. The device, assembly, and methods embodying features of the present invention NPS device employ suction/aspiration to assist in the removal of obstructions and/or to provide embolic protection from debris liberated during treatment.

Devices and methods for perfusion therapy

Devices, methods, and assemblies for perfusion therapy including cerebral perfusion therapy such as those for use in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. The treatment includes delivery of blood to or about the vicinity of a thrombus site.

Catheters for occluding, visualizing, irrigating, evacuating, and delivering agents to a treatment area are disclosed. The catheters comprise a catheter body comprising five lumens, first and second occlusion balloons coupled to the catheter body, an optional space-occupying balloon coupled to the catheter body and disposed between the first and second occlusion balloons, and an optional visualization means that enables visualization between the first and second occlusion balloons. Methods for using these catheters are also disclosed. A method comprises inflating the first and second occlusion balloons, inflating the space-occupying balloon, allowing fluid to exit via an evacuation lumen, optionally irrigating or aspirating to facilitate fluid exit via said lumen, and delivering an agent to a treatment area via the agent lumen.

Occlusion perfusion catheter

A device for modifying a body lumen of a mammal in need thereof is provided, comprising a helically-cut tube comprising cutting teeth, said helically-cut tube substantially coaxial with the longitudinal axis of said device, a ramp wire that is displaced from the longitudinal axis of said device over at least a portion of said ramp wire and is enclosed by said helically-cut tube over at least a part of the length of said ramp wire, a drive rod wherein the broach may be moved proximally, distally, and/or radially via proximal, distal, and radial motions, respectively, of the drive rod. Also provided are methods for using the device.

Atherectomy device

Apparatus, methods and kits which, when installed or used, occlude or partially occlude a cervical canal, the internal opening of a cervical canal (cervical os), or a uterine side wall rupture location, such as to inhibit or prevent bacterial access and retard leakage of amniotic fluid resulting from PROM. The present apparatus can include an expandable support member of a biocompatible and non-toxic material. In some examples, the support member can include a top portion having a first diameter and a bottom portion having a second diameter less than the first diameter. In some examples, the support member can include an expandable stent of a suitable length and uniform diameter to be inserted in a non-dilated cervical canal or transabdominal access route. In various examples, the apparatus further includes a fluid-resistant fabric, polymer, substance or other material placed over at least the top portion of the support member.

Cervical occluder

An instrument for measuring cervical dilation can have a pair of arms connected at their proximal ends to an arm pivot or articulating member, the arms being in movable communication with a gauge assembly for measuring the relative distance between the arms at a fixed location near the proximal ends of the arms. The arms can be disposed to apply an outward lateral pressure against the walls of the cervix, thereby engaging the cervix without the need for physical penetration, gripping, or other attachment of the device to the cervical tissue. Continuous outward lateral pressure of the arms against the cervical walls can allow the arms to expand in response to and in concert with expansion and dilation of the cervix. The relative distance between the arms correlates to the diameter of the cervix, such that the correlated measurement indicated on a scale of the gauge means is the measurement of cervical dilation.
