An electrical series terminal includes a first connecting portion which is connected via a first associate current bar to a first functional contact and a second connection portion being connected via a second associate current bar to a second functional contact. A functional zone is provided between the first connection portion and the second connection portion. The functional zone is configured to selectively and alternately receive and contact a plurality of functional elements such that when at least one functional element is introduced to the functional zone, the at least one functional element can be connected to the first and second functional contact. On the sides of the functional zone, a first and second connecting shaft are provided on the first and second connection sections.

Electrical series terminal

A modular terminal having a terminal housing, a busbar, and two terminal elements for connecting two conductors to the busbar. Two functional slots are formed at both connecting ends in the terminal housing. The first functional slot provides a first connection possibility for a first test socket or a test plug, and, the second functional slot provides a second connection possibility for a fixed link or a jumper. In order to be able to mount the testing and switching equipment in a simple and flexible manner in the modular terminal, an additional third functional slot is formed at both connecting ends in the terminal housing, a third connection possibility corresponding to the third functional slot is formed at both connecting ends in the busbar, and the connection possibilities in the busbar are openings into which test sockets, test plugs, fixed links, or jumpers can be alternatively plugged.

Modular terminal and modular terminal block

A plug-in jumper for terminal blocks is provided for elastic engagement in openings in busbars and for electrical contact-making of the busbars of at least two junction and/or connecting terminals. The plug-in jumper includes a jumper bar having a bar strip and several plugs which are connected to the bar strip. Each plug has at least two contact legs located essentially parallel to one another, of which at least one is made elastic. The plug-in jumper makes it possible to electrically interconnect different busbars of different terminal blocks since the plugs have two contact areas which are located on top of one another for contact-making of two busbars of two junction and/or connecting terminals which are located next to one another, wherein the two busbars are located on a different planes.
