A filling device () comprises a filler nozzle () comprising a plurality of capillaries (), and a filler valve (), which is moveable relative to the filler nozzle (). The filler valve () comprises a sealing plate () and a sealing component () moveable relative to the sealing plate (). The sealing plate (), when in contact with the filler nozzle (), closes a plurality of the capillaries () but leaves at least one main capillary () open. The sealing component () closes the at least one main capillary () and is operable to create pressure along the at least one main capillary ().

Filling device

The invention relates to a dosing device having an inlet for a liquid to be delivered to a container as a dose, in particular a beverage. The device comprises a valve seat, a sealing element interacting with the valve seat and an outlet for the dose of the liquid. In order to reduce foam build-up upon delivering the liquid into the container, according to the invention the sealing element can be moved to a first and a second opening position, wherein, in the second opening position, the flow cross-section area between the valve seat and the sealing element is larger than in the first opening position. In addition, the invention relates to a dosing method comprising the supplying of a liquid to a valve which is moved to a first and second opening position.

Dosing device and dosing method for liquids

A filling valve for liquids, includes a liquid feed into a valve chamber, a valve seat, a closure element, which interacts with the valve seat and moves between an open position and a closed position, an outlet for the liquid, and a cylindrical discharge element arranged at the outlet with a plurality of passages. The surface of the discharge element facing the closure element forms a part of the valve seat. To avoid clogging of the passages in the discharge element by fibers in the liquid, the passages ending at the surface of the discharge element are extended from the surface toward the closure element by tubes. Each tube can be closed by a cap which surrounds the tube at least in the closed position forming an annular space.

Filling valve for liquids

A method and device for filling containers with a liquid product. The product is fed to the container by a filling valve and a filling nozzle. The product emerging from the filling nozzle is fed to a directing element. The directing element has a geometrical configuration such that an edge of the directing element runs along at a small distance from the inside walls of the container.

Filling method and device

The invention relates to a device and a method for filling or packing contents, particularly beverages, food, medications, or the like, into containers. As the containers pass through the device from an inlet to an outlet side, the containers passing through the working chamber have a sterile fluid, particularly sterile air, applied thereto for preventing germ growth. In order to reduce the cleaning effort for lines for the sterile fluid, the invention proposes that a cleaning medium having an internal line is inserted into the line for applying the sterile fluid. The line no longer needs to be disassembled in order to load the sterile fluid. In order to distribute the sterile fluid uniformly throughout the containers in a working chamber, the sterile fluid is distributed in two stages, first by means of the pipe extending into the working chamber, as described above and then through a profile extending over the containers and below the pipe, having openings for passing the sterile fluid. The profiles can be disposed rotatably about an axis, in order to reduce the cleaning effort after filling.

Device and method for filling or packing contents into containers

An apparatus for sterilizing upright containers which are open at the top and transported continuously in succession, which includes a housing a housing with several successively arranged treatment zones, a transport device with several successively arranged receiving spaces, wherein the transport device or the parts thereof forms or form the bottom of the housing. The housing has a fixed channel which is open at the bottom for the passage of the containers, at least one media distribution chamber with perforations at its bottom is provided above the channel in each treatment zone, and distribution members coupled with the transport device are provided above the containers.

Apparatus for sterilizing containers transported continuously in succession

The invention relates to an apparatus for the sterilization during the filling of preferably liquid foodstuffs into packaging containers, having a preheating zone (A), a sterilizing zone (B), a drying zone (C), a filling zone (D) and a closure zone (E), in that the period during which the individual zones are acted upon with a sterilizing agent can be shortend and that the quantity of the sterilizing agent to be used can be minimized. In addition, a simple construction is desirable, so that the expenditure always required for cleaning and maintenance is also minimized. This is solved by the features that the individual zones (A, B, C, D, E) are combined into an overall space and closed in the upward direction by a single hood into which the required supply elements and lines (2, 3, 4, 5) are integrated.

Apparatus for the sterilization during filling of preferably liquid

A pump comprises a pump casing having a pump channel, a pump element rotating in the pump channel, and a rotor shaft mounted in the pump casing and attached to the pump element. The pump element has a cylindrical outer periphery, and undulating surfaces in the axial direction. The opening in the casing which receives the rotor shaft has an annular groove in which there is disposed a spring loaded sealing element which bears slidably against a flat end face of the pump element when the pump element rotates. The sealing element is subjected to the pressure of superheated steam which is conducted to the sealing element via pressure channels in the pump casing connected to the annular groove. The rotor shaft includes radial and axial channels through which a coolant flows.
