A method, computer system, and computer program product for sport training on an augmented reality device or a virtual reality device is provided. The embodiment may include capturing a plurality of user movement data using one or more sensors. The embodiment may also include measuring a user body and eye gaze position based on the plurality of captured user movement data. The embodiment may further include calculating a body position difference by comparing the measured user body and eye gaze position with an expert-specified body position sequence. The embodiment may also include determining a body position quality threshold is not satisfied based on the calculated body position difference. The embodiment may further include generating an instruction based on the compared calculated body position difference.

Sport training on augmented/virtual reality devices by measuring hand-eye coordination-based measurements

A computer-implemented method for acoustics-based light source control of a lighting system is provided. The method may include detecting sounds emitted by a sound source from positions located along the path. A velocity of the sound source is determined with respect to a point on the path based on the detected sound emissions. A spatio-temporal trajectory of the sound source is based on the determined velocity and a topography of the path at the positions of the sound source. One or more light sources positioned adjacent to the determined trajectory are identified. Responsive to determining that a distance between the sound source and the identified light sources does not exceed a predetermined threshold, the identified light sources are energized to illuminate the length of the path ahead of the sound source.

Evaluating project schedules on a computer system. One or more tasks are identified and corresponding set of deterministic task durations are determined. An initial schedule for completing the tasks is generated based on the deterministic task durations and based on one or more resources. A set of probabilistic durations for the tasks are determined and execution of the tasks is simulated according to the initial schedule based on the set of probabilistic durations.

Methods, systems, and computer program products for detecting hand-eye coordination in real time by combining camera eye tracking and wearable sensing are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes determining an eye gaze path of an individual during a given period of time by measuring (i) any eye movements made by the individual during the given period of time and (ii) any head movements made by the individual during the given period of time; measuring any hand movements made by the individual during the given period of time; performing a spatio-temporal analysis of the determined eye gaze path and the measured hand movements to compute a hand-eye coordination value attributable to the individual; and outputting the computed hand-eye coordination value to at least one user.

One embodiment provides a method that performs the steps of collecting network signal information from a sensor of a mobile device located in a designated vendor area. The network signal information is produced by a fixed transmitting device and has a corresponding network time stamp. The mobile device located in the designated vendor area receives a payment notification from a vendor; extracting from the payment notification, time stamp information and a name of the vendor sending the payment notification; and matching the time stamp information with the corresponding network time stamp and automatically updating a labeled localization database. The labeled localization database comprises previously mapped localization information corresponding to multiple spatial zones of the designated vendor area and the updating comprises linking the name of the vendor sending the payment notification with a physical location of the fixed transmitting device. A module of a mobile device is used to communicate, to a parking server which stores global data relative to parking places in a parking facility, the presence of a vehicle in the parking facility. There is received, via the module, an indication from the parking server of one or more occupied and/or unoccupied parking places in the parking facility. The module is used to detect a parking event of the vehicle relative to one of the one or more occupied and/or unoccupied parking places, and to report the parking event to the parking server. Other variants and embodiments are broadly contemplated herein.

Methods and systems for image migration. There are received, at an image reader, files of at least one image of at least one virtual machine from a first environment. Points of variability are identified within the files, with respect to preparation for functioning in a second environment. Each point of variability is associated with corresponding metadata, and each point of variability is stored with its corresponding metadata. The at least one image is reconfigured to function in the second environment, such reconfiguring comprising adjusting the points of variability via using the metadata. The reconfigured image is deployed to the second environment.

Virtual machine image migration

A set of data is obtained, representing a graph of a computer network having a set of hardware nodes and a set of hardware links between the hardware nodes. The hardware links are represented as edges in the graph. A first subset (for example, a vertex cut set) of the set of hardware nodes is found, such that those of the hardware nodes in the first subset are able to withstand a maximum number of failures before the graph disconnects. The failures include node failures and/or edge failures. The hardware nodes in the first subset are ranked based on expected resiliency, to obtain a ranked list. Optionally, in case of a tie between two or more of the hardware nodes in the ranked list, the tie is broken using a sum of shortest path metric.
