The invention relates to a quick release coupling device comprising an annular groove (,) formed on the inner face of one of the hollow bodies, a projecting part (,) formed on the other hollow body (,) and a force transmitting member (,) engaged with the groove and the projecting part (,). A shoulder (,) is provided for fixing the force transmitting member (,) to hinder the loosening of the coupling under loading. The inventive device is advantageous in that its design and use are straightforward while meeting the requirements related to safety and ease of cleaning.

Quick release coupling device for hollow body

The hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder jacket (1), a piston-rod guide flange (2), and a cylinder bottom (3). Disposed within the cylinder are a primary piston (4) provided with a piston rod (6) and a secondary piston (11) connected to two plungers (7, 8). The plungers enter two bores (5, 6) in the primary piston. Two spring-biased (19, 20), openable check valves (17, 18) are disposed in the cylinder bottom. In each valve there is a bore (41, 42) connecting the front and rear sides of the valve. The rear portions (24, 25) of the valve chambers (26, 27) each contain a spherical unstopping piston (21, 22). Two supply ducts (23, 30) for the hydraulic fluid are connected to the valve chambers, these chambers in turn having supply ducts at various locations (36, 40, 45) of the interior of the cylinder. A very compact construction is possible for the hydraulic cylinder with pressure transmission.

The mounting of the flat flexible printing screen is such that printing stencils can be applied in a correct position and practically without distortion on the printing screens. The screens are then mounted in the correct position in a stretching of printing frame or on a rotatable printing cylinder. The printing screen is secured at opposite ends to stiffening profiles which can be clamped in clamping devices on the printing frame or printing cylinder and can be stretched by moving one of the clamping devices. The printing screen may also be similarly mounted on a copying frame and a transfer frame.

The mounting device for the squeegee or inking blade has an elastic clamping tube which can be expanded under a pressurized medium to clamp the squeegee or inking blade in place. The clamping tube is made of resilient material and ensures that the squeegee or inking blade is secured with a uniform linear pressure over the whole length. A spring may also be used to initially hold the squeegee or linking plate in place until the clamping tube is expanded.

A driving and extracting apparatus has a hammer frame within which a reaction mass is freely movable. The reaction mass is caused to reciprocate within the hammer frame by the selective application of drive pressure to opposite drive cylinders at a frequency corresponding to the natural frequency of the mass. A pneumatic spring at each end of the reaction mass prevents contact between the reaction mass and the ends of the hammer frame. Sensors in the hammer frame detect the position of the reaction mass and adjust the pneumatic springs accordingly.

A 4/2 type distributing control valve characterized by compactness, ruggedness and high sampling frequency, the valve comprising two index plates (6, 7), each having teeth about its perimeter, provided with axial switching bores (8, 9, 10, 11). A hydraulic cylinder device for power multiplication includes a cylinder (1) containing a single-stage piston (2) having a piston rod (4) and a two-stage secondary piston (3), the piston rod (4) extending through a bore in the secondary piston. The cylinder (1) is closed by a cylinder cover (16) through which the piston rod (4) also extends. Two stop-pistons (22, 24) with different strength springs (21, 23) are located in projection (20) integral with cylinder (1) and opposite the stop-pistons are two opening-pistons (33, 34).

The waste collecting apparatus includes a container with a movable wall which rises during accumulation of waste within a container and which compacts the waste within the container. Outlets for the exhaust of the carrier medium are provided in the stationary wall of the container in one embodiment or in the movable wall in a second embodiment. Compressed air may also be delivered to the container in a pulsed manner so as to impart a tamping action to the movable wall during a filling operation.

Apparatus for collecting waste from a textile machine

The metering drum for the weft thread of a weaving machine has a circumferential surface of rubber which is clamped between two supporting rings. The supporting rings may be movable axially or rotatably relative to each other so as to expand or constrict, respectively, the rubber surface in order to change the length of the thread windings. The rubber surface may also be expanded by means of a pressure medium within a chamber between two fixed supporting rings.

The drum-shaped control device has a jacket which defines an air pressure reservoir and outlets which connect via air feed lines to the nozzles of the weft insertion device. A split rotary slide valve is disposed within the jacket so as to open each of the outlets in sequence to the pressurized air in the reservoir. The valve is driven by a hollow tubular shaft which is connected via pins to the valve. Air is delivered to the reservoir through the hollow shaft from one end of the control device. Operation of the moving parts during operation is compensated by the widening of the split valve due to the pressure in the reservoir.

Control device for the nozzles of a jet insertion power loom

The nozzle structure has a control valve in which a channel for the admission of air opens at an acute angle into the guide channel for a weft thread for a weaving machine. The channel can be adjusted so that the admitted air is directed for deceleration of the thread counter to the insertion direction. The control valve can be rotated 180.degree. so that the admission channel is in an opposite position so that the admitted air then flows in the insertion direction of the weft thread and can be used for threading a broken weft thread into the nozzle structure.

A weft yarn accumulator for mixed weaving on a weaving machine. The loop (65) previously formed in the weft yarn (7) on one side of the belt of the store (I) by the leading entraining member is taken up by the oppositely moving trailing entraining member on to the top run of the belt in two loops. Upon reaching the bottom run, the trailing entraining member pays out the two loops which are then picked into the shed seriatim by the picking nozzle. During the picking of the loops -- i.e., during the discharge of the store (I) -- the other weft yarn is being stored similarly by the second store (II).

Weft yarn accumulator

The nozzle assembly employs a guide tube between successive nozzles to reliably convey a yarn from one nozzle to the other. The guide tube provides for a practically constant flow of velocity in a central zone so that the yarn is not deflected from the central zone. The guide tube can be axially adjusted along the outflow tube of one nozzle assembly.
